Very nice and works better than expected for such a small microwave.

I've had this microwave for about 6 months now and it has been great! One thing I have noticed (but wasn't enough of a big deal for me to ding my review by a star) is that when I am using the microwave and the exhaust fan at the same time, the exhaust fan loses power. I have a dedicated circuit for this microwave so I don't think it is an electrical issue on my end, but I wanted to add that to the review in case someone notices the same thing. Change the clock on this thing has driven me crazy, but my kids figured it out but I still don't know how to do that. LOL. It's slim design is great, but I also haven't found anything that was too tall to reheat in the microwave besides a Venti Cup from Starbucks. To give you an idea of the height--you can just barely fit a Venti cup from Starbucks into the microwave without the lid on (with the lid, it won't fit). We needed a slim because we have a drop ceiling in the kitchen and the distance from the microwave to the stove would have been minimal and this slim option was great!

I really love this microwave, it heats up food fast and evenly. The fan is fairly quit. I thought it was going to be really small but this thing is huge . It really meets all our needs on space and functionality

This Samsung "Slim" microwave workes very well, it heats up everything we have tried with ease. And although it is a "slim" version, it easily fits everything that our older microwave used to fit. I would normally have given 5 Stars, however, there are two annoying things. The numbers and controls are impossible to see unless the kitchen is FULLY lit. There is no backlight, how could Samsung Engineers not "see" this glaring omission. The other annoyance is the the way the door opens from the side, one's hand or finger tends to touch one of the buttons, for me it tends to be the light or the fan. Overall, I am quite pleased with the microwave. The installation was not difficult to do.

Love the look of this thin microwave. Because of our cabinets ours does stick out a lot but would look nice with deeper cabinets so it’s flush with them. But it fits everything and gets the job done.

Great microwave! Fits perfectly over my stove and works great. I give it 4 stars because the keyboard does not light up. It’s hard to see for an older gent like myself. Otherwise is does what it’s supposed to!

Who really needs a full size microwave? This leaves room between the range and the microwave and it does everything. I haven’t found anything I did in my full size microwave that I can’t do in this o e. Everyone that sees it loves it!!

It’s 19.5” deep, which is bigger than a normal one. Didn’t realize that. Control aren’t super easy to use. Honestly it’s been a week and still don’t know how to adjust the power level manually to reheat stuff.

Ordered ONLINE the product and installation + Geek Squad Warranty In Feb. 2023. Product Available and All scheduled for installation. 3rd party Installers showed up, removed old microwave, opened the box and the product had been damaged (exterior damage). Both the purchaser and installer agreed that this microwave should be returned to Best Buy. New replacement microwave ordered and was to be installed March 6th. Microwave installed by Geek Squad reps. but the oven would not start/operate. Displayed a code of issues. Geek squad noted all issues with Best Buy and left house. New Microwave ordered and installed by 3rd party on March 18th. It checked out as being OK and they took prior appliance to Best Buy store 79912. So far, as of this date - March 24, 2023, this unit looks good, works as expected, and my wife and I are pleased with the purchase.

A replacement for my old over the range microwave. Love this because it is smaller than my older microwave so i can use my bigger pots. The fan on it is great and heats better than my old one.

Very sleek. Definitely lower height inside but who needs a large microwave these days. Having the clock very useful. Can accidentally hit the fan button during open and close. May be just a learning curve.

We love it! It is the perfect size and I can fit anything in it that I want to heat or cook. So much nicer looking than those big bulky old ones. The 400 CFM exhaust fan works great. It was also easy to install with good directions.
