When my GE microwave died I was looking to replace with a like model. Unfortunately it was a non standard size a would require some demo to fit. I decided to look for a more slim design. Samsung really did well with this microwave. It is about 5 inches smaller in height than the standard models but it does have a lot of interior space. The cooking/heating presets are great and fan has 4 speeds which makes it nice for cooking. WiFi feature is easy to connect and syncs up nicely with Alexa. I am very happy with the purchase. On the negative, it is quite pricey but fits my needs. Would nightly recommend for those who want a more slim modern design in their kitchen.

Before and after installation of Samsung 1.1 cu over the range microwave. Replaced 6+ yr old microwave (cooking hood fan not working). Was hesitant to get the Samsung 1.1 because of low height inside microwave but it seems its all we need. Realized we do not use cups or bowls taller than 10 inches anyways. Gives a modern look, more cooking space above stove and the hood fans are powerful even at speed 2. Fan can be VERY loud at 4 but hood fans are normally loud. This type of OTR microwave makes small kitchens look spacious.

Love this microwave! We love the fact that it is slimmer than most, so we have plenty of space between the stove top and the microwave. It works very well.

This is the best purchase I have made. Fit just perfect above the stove. Love that I can control through the App. Easily lock and unlock. Looks great.

Looks great. I do wish we had cabinets at the “right height” so that it was flush with the bottom of the cabinet. I do like all of the features. Cannot fit the minute rice packs in standing up as the inside is short. It’s a little louder than our last microwave. It matches my other appliances, however, so I like it.

Great little microwave! Had to purchase due to larger microwaves not allowing enough clearance above our stove, but I'm glad we got this, I love the low profile. The smart features are rather gimmicky, as it almost always more convenient and faster to just use the buttons on the microwave itself, but they're totally optional and easily ignored and are not intrusive to the operation of the microwave whatsoever.

Love the product. I just don't think its length is big enough but for my space its perfect. Ventahood is perfect as well.

This microwave is GREAT! I love the slim look and it cooks fast. It alerts you on all your smart devices when your food is ready if connected to wi-fi. I highly recommend.

I actually like the microwave, but the design as far as the door handle was not made well. After only 1 year the door inside plastic is coming apart. Unfortunately I need to return it.

We love this Microwave. The slim design provides ample space between the stove top and bottom of this unit. Fan pairs with oven and stove top so it turns on automatically when either is in use. Pairs with our Samsung Smart TV so messages appear on the screen when the cooking is complete. Looks great too!

The distance between the stove top and cabinets wouldn't allow for a traditional sized over-the-range microwave. This was the perfect solution. Its fit well in the space. Thankfully I purchased the total tech membership, going from a range hood to the microwave was super easy. The technicians that installed it was able to add the proper outlet at no extra charge.

We love this microwave! It cooks quickly and evenly. I love how slim it is as it makes coming on the stove top feel more accessible. The only downside is that it sticks out 2 inches more and the door is longer because it's the entire 30 in width (the door includes the panel with the buttons). But all in all, the whole family likes the new Samsung slim microwave.

It's works great. When cooking, most or all of smoke from the stove area is extracted from the microwave exhaust hood. However the microwave does pop out from the cabinets than normal over the stove microwave.

Sleak slim design ,lots of power , Samsung products are great , 4 fan speeds 3 light settings very happy with my purchase

Perfect size. Quiet when running. Fan is a bit loud but not annoying so. Love the light above the stove!

Samsung has always been my GOTO for home appliances and TVs. This low profile microwave is no exception. It is the perfect size for my kitchen and fits comfortably above my range. Installation was a piece of cake but I recommend 2 people to assist in lifting it into the mount rack.
