You must buy extended warranties with appliances, if it failed new it might fail again soon.

They still installed it and I had to have the potential of broken glass falling at any given moment onto my brand new stove for an entire week. In my opinion they should have not left the broken unit. It was a safety hazard. The unit itself once i got one that was not damaged is okay. I like the look. It gets three stars for that. I HATE that the controls are on the door. This is such a TERRIBLE design. You are constantly pressing buttons just opening and shutting the thing. AND the door swing is 4" longer than it needs to be because of that as well. When you open it you have to stand WAAAAY back to open it then when you shut it you have to remember how long it is so you don't whack yourself in the head.

Bought it as an open box and it was missing the screw to mount it. Could not get the screws from Best Buy. They told me to get them from Samsung. Samsung couldn’t tell me what screws I needed. Numerous calls to Best Buy and to Samsung. Very frustrating. I finally found a website that helped me and I got the screws from them
