    We bought this to use as a hood over our range. We still don't know how to program the keys - it's not intuitive. We have another microwave on the counter that we use. We hate that the manual is online.

    They sold me an "open box" microwave and I knew it was open box. They mentioned it would include all the installation hardware and when we found the time to install we found out that it did not include the bracket to install. When we called they didn't have a solution for me that wasn't going to cost me "MORE." Dissapointed.

    Didn't even last 3 months.

    We haven't had it for 3 months. The microwave has power, lights up, but no vent fan, turn table doesn't run, microwave doesn't operate. Over 500 dollars after tax and breaks down in 3 months. Unreal.

    Great microwave until it quit working!

    We bought this microwave back in March of '22 and have loved it for the last 2-1/2 years, until this last weekend. We were trying to heat up some left overs, when it just wouldn't heat anything up! We had to look up the warranty coverage (1 yr) and when we purchased it, as we still consider it NEW!

    Stopped heating.

    Bought it January 2022. Now in September 2023 it stopped heating. After a long wait for appointment from geek squad there are trying to get it working.

    3 days past the 1 year mark, I got an error code C-F2 (communication error) and sadly Samsung was quick to dismiss me letting me know the 1 year warranty had expired. When it works it's great, however, be sure to get an extended warranty.

    The most USER UNFRIENDLY MICROWAVE I HAVE EVER USED. FOR EXAMPLE TO REHEAT YOU PRESS THE REHEAT BUTTON THEN INSIDE-THE MICROWAVE THE COOKING GUIDE TELKS WHAT BUTTON TO PRESS THEN YOU HAVE TO PRESS OK. THEN YOU NEED TO PRESS START THATS JUST ONE EXAMPLE. TO CHANGE THE TIME IS A CHIRE IN ITSELF INCLUDING CHANGING THE POWER. SETTING. YOU NEED TO HAVE A MANUAL NEARBY TO TO DO IT

    Microwave was not installed properly. I've been trying to get someone to come out for over a week and they keep telling me someone is coming out, but I keep getting the run around! Very disappointed !! I will be returning it !!!

    Looks great snd works great…but, directions and processes are NOT USER FRIENDLY. Makes little sense, especially the “quick guide”. It is as if they included the wrong directions. Gennerally, the directions are very poorly written and confusing. No Touch Pad light so you can’t see it without turning another room light on. You can’t select sounds to turn on/off—only all on or all off. Fan is good and strong. Lights are good and bright, but bulbs are haligen not LED. They burn hot and can burn you if accidentally toching them. Samsung has not met my expectations.
