    I would’ve given it -1 star! The unit stopped working after 1 week. The sent a new unit with two little Mexicanos . No Habla. No installer. They took the unit back. ‘We no install” they say. BBY is BS I say!

    Worked great until now (only 60 days later). Microwave no longer heats up. Customer service is non existent for help. Would recommend Whirlpool over this

    Still waiting for return credit 60+days later. Multiple phone messages, visits, Best Buy card calls. Highly disappointing after whole house electronics purchases.

    My second one just broke bought one in April another in August. It is now December. This is ridiculous!!!!

    Died 1 month after the warranty expired. I assumed that it would last long like my other Samsung products I have purchased over the years.

    The microwave does give me the room I needed and I love it, it works. BUT after three months one of the light bulbs went out and the one bulb costs $38.00 and Samsung wants an additional $10.00 to ship it almost $50.00 for a bulb! Its under warranty right not so they are sending a technician to install for free. If I had known this I don't think I would have bought it. I have looked every where for a bulb comparable to this microwave and its not out there, so after the warranty runs out $50.00 for a bulb. The only other thing is when I open the door to the microwave the fan button is so close to that section I sometimes accidently turn it on and it scares me because I think I have turned the microwave on, only to realize its the fan which is really loud.

    Easy installation. Works well. The slim profile helps with the limited room above my stove. Overall works well and I have had no problems. However, beware of buying open box at Best Buy. I bought an open box one they assured me was 100% complete, only to get it home and have it be missing just about everything! Had to return and bought this new elsewhere. So while 5 stars for the microwave, zero stars for Best Buy's open box assurances!

    over the range microwave

    I'm pleased with my Samsung over-the-range microwave, but there's one aspect I'd like to change—the placement of the function keys. Currently, they are located on the door, and when I open it, the touch buttons are overly sensitive. This results in unintentional key presses and the microwave starting. The fan, lights, and stop key are positioned at the bottom, and they often activate as I reach for the door to open it and place my item inside. I would prefer the function key panel to be on the side, and it would be great if the door opened from the bottom. A slight modification in design could address this issue. Additionally, while the lights with three functions are functional, they appear somewhat dim compared to the ventilation system I had previously. On the positive side, the fan hood has strong suction and works efficiently.
