I was not used the placement of the fan button right where my hands lands when I pull the door open. It took me a year to stop activating the fan when I open it. All in all great product!

By 1 year none of the buttons worked. The ventahood would come on all by it's self and go through all 4 settings and then turn off and start all over again. Now, nothing will work. We have to keep it unplugged. It's just sitting there taking up space. So, I'm looking for a new microwave. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it.

It heats up your food evenly and fast and it’s very quiet! Not to mention it matches my Refrigerator and new stove perfectly! Very happy with this purchase!
