It stopped heating food a year and a half in- SO conveniently 6 months after the manufacturers warranty ends. Now I have to pay half of the value of it to make it work again. No, I didn't spend hundreds on an extra warranty - because when the heck do microwaves break? This one does, apparently. And even though the magnetron has a 10 year warranty, they'll make every effort to say it's not that.

Microwave, hood fan and light work great. Defrost function took awhile to get used to as it was different from our previous unit.

Haven't figured out exactly how to work the clock but have the right time set..LOL It looks beautiful and cooks perfectly. Haven't used the WiFi feature just yet but everyone that comes over comments on how nice it looks.

Replaced my 27 year old unit that was still working with Samsung junk. Samsung appliances ..... RUN!!! Ranges, Refrigerators, you name it, they have full time staff 24 / 7 to help with just 20 people in front of your call because they can't make product that lasts anymore.

More than 30” necessary for installation

Our display screen messes up about once every two or three months. We have to unplug it and this fixes the issue temporarily. We find that it is not very user friendly.

I was never able to find a compact model for the available space I have. This model has all the features of a larger model including WiFi connectivity.
