By 1 year none of the buttons worked. The ventahood would come on all by it's self and go through all 4 settings and then turn off and start all over again. Now, nothing will work. We have to keep it unplugged. It's just sitting there taking up space. So, I'm looking for a new microwave. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it.
