Needed more room for stove cooking. Was delighted to discovered the Samsung slim profile microwave. The inside is large enough for my largest container. So I was sold! Best Buy was the only store who had it in stock. My son and I installed it together. I have loved it!

installed on Feb 5th 2024 the microwave needs your phone to set the time- every time! If there is a power outage. get out your phone. The fan turn on by it's self randomly all day and night. this microwave is dangerous and a fire hazard. DO NOT BUY IT. Samsung support basically will tell you it's out of warranty (1 year). The part is $229 plus labor. do your self and your family a favor. do not consider Samsung.

Overall is a very good microwave with couple of things I haven't anticipated. Outside buttons are not light and are difficult to see ... actually, that is the only thing

I love this microwave. It gave me 6 1/2 more inches from the top of the stove to the microwave so hopefully the microwave won't go out on me. It cooks well and fast. Looks nice too.

I’ve been using this microwave for 2 weeks and love it. It has all the features I need and gives me the clearance needed above the stove burners.

Went out after about 2 years. Magnetron failed. The magnetron is under a ten-year warranty, but the process is so excruciatingly difficult that I question if it's worth the trouble. Even though the product has been registered with me since purchase, they want a proof of purchase with a large amount of information that is difficult to submit due to their submission form only allowing a single JPEG or GIF. It was purchased online so the receipt is very long. The email that told me that my proof wasn't accepted is a non-reply email and my ticket was closed. I've sunk hours into this issue already with loading times, hunting down receipts and waiting on them to review my requests and am still going to have to end up paying for the labor as it's only covered for one year. All this for a microwave that is around $500 is completely unacceptable. What's worse, is I was blocked from reviewing the product on the samsung website. See fake error given in image

Modern looking,My previous microwave was too low so heat from cooker would make it stop working . So happy to find perfect match plus it's very nice looking with my other stainless steel appliances. Deffinately upgraded the overal look.

We really like the sleek look and low profile of our new Samsung microwave. The installation crew was great and very tidy.

Works Great but didn’t realize the amount of fingerprints it would make on the surface.

Fits nicely in the space below cabinets. Looks very stylish. Food heats evenly. Fan is strong and not overly loud.

Great form factor, powerful microwave and great exhaust fan with filtration.

For being fingerprint free, the Best Buy 3rd party installers left their finger prints all over the unit.

The microwave glass door shattered and although it’s still under warranty Samsung is giving me the run around and not fixing. It’s over the oven and they won’t replace the door unless I pay another company to take it down. They will then fix it but then I have to pay someone to install it again.

Works well. Heats pretty good even in 60secs. Looks sleek and not bulky like those other over the range microwaves.
