I like the multiple lighting under and fan speeds. In addition, there are many cooking options and am still learning all the features. My only dislike is that the keypad is not backlit.

I purchased this microwave in 2023 as part of a after-Thanksgiving holiday combo deal with an induction range. To begin with, I was dissapointed right off the bat. There is no backlighting to the control panel - so I need to always grab my reading glasses and put a light on in the kitchen before I can use it. (I'm 71 and my eyesight is not perfect.) Then the design itself is just asking for trouble with the door being the entire width of the microwave. This puts more stress than needed on the hinges (it's already feeling 'loose'), not to mention nearly hitting myself in the head every time I open the door. The interior is just silly. NOTHING is gained by the wider interior because it still has a small 11.5" carousel. All that is enough reason for me to regret ever buying this already.
But to make matters worse, this thing has been possessed by deamons from day one. Either something on the range or the microwave itself (e.g. opening the door(s)) would trigger the fan to come on in 'boost mode' for no reason. (The print shop I worked in for 20 years was more quiet than that fan.)
The other day I was prepping food I just took out of the oven when suddenly the microwave stared acting like a scene out of The Exorcist. The fan and/or light began coming on and off and rotating through speeds. To make matters worse, none of the panel 'buttons' responded when pressed. At one point it actually started 'cooking'. I finaly reached for the stoop and stepped up to unplug it from the wall just to end my nightmare.
I tried numerous times to get it running again (get the panel to work) before I decided to unlink it via the app, unplug it for the night, and start fresh. That got it working again... until today when the same thing happened again. It responds to commands sent from the app, but it's useless since you have to press the start button on the microwave itself for that to work - and the panel just does not work at all.
So much for a 'smart' apliance. This is about as dumb as it gets (and the 'smart' features for the range are just as useless). So I'm calling the Geek Squad in the morning and hopefully I will get a new unit. But even that wouldn't stop me from NEVER recomending this, or any Samsung kitchen appliance to anyone. They should have just stuck to TV's (like my 16 year old 60" plasma that I still use in the bedroom.)

Every time we go to open it, the fan shuts on, its too sensitive and it can frightened someone. Its usually something we laugh off but its still an issue.

It came scratched (expected with open box) it had all the accessories and looked ok. Before installing it, we tried to plug it in and the button panel wasn't working, had to return.

This microwave is a perfect option to fit into tight spaces.

We bought this microwave because we had limited space over our range. It is a very powerful microwave that heats up food fast. Because of the small size we only use it for small dishes. It has a very modern look that my wife likes.

It’s smaller than my previous microwave and takes up less room.
It’s smart and you can set program and add it to you r phone apps.
You can start cooking your mail and gave ut done by the time you get home
Set up alerts to know when cook time is done too!

Love the additional over the stove space. Being able to connect it to a few other smart functions in our house is helpful and fun. Cooks like a great microwave and fits everything we had before.
