This is a good looking samsung microwave but for me it stopped working after 14 months and both bestbuy and samsung with their pathetic customer service were of no help. Ended up throwing it away and got a kitchen aid 1.1 cuft microwave which is well worth the money.

It’s a microwave, the smaller size is fine as I do not cook with a microwave you do need to install and app on your phone to set the clock so that is a bit silly

I love that the microwave is low-profile and doesn't intrude on the stove top. It looks nice and not bulky.
The fan is very powerful.
Installation is definitely not a one-person job, so get help or pay to have it done for you.

Magnetron stopped working within 14 months...just 2 months after the warranty expired. I'm a huge Samsung fan (all of my appliances and phones are Samsung) but I cannot recommend their microwaves. It worked fine up until today but having your $600+ microwave break so soon has l left a sour taste in my mouth. Don't waste your time with this microwave but if you do, buy the extended warranty. I saw some reviews mention the same timeframe for failure which is very suspicious. It almost seems like it was designed to fail right after the warranty expires..

Excellent Microwave. Very powerful suction.. the only think I don’t care about is the multiple fan speed settings. When you start the fan it start with the highest setting first, so we have to slow it down. Wish the setting was from slow to fast.

This is such an awesome microwave, the only thing I don’t like, the installation was done poorly by the installer. The microwave makes a rattling noice when turned on and when I push it up against the cabinet it stops.

Much higher quality than another Samsung I recently purchased. Buttons take a feather light touch to operate. You can almost fly a kite with the vent fan. Highly recommend.

The Samsung microwave is great. It fits above the stove perfectly.

Disappointed with this microwave. Purchased for $470 in Oct ‘22. Now it no longer heats unless manually turning on the vent fan. Samsung isn’t covering under warranty.
The vent fan is extremely loud, and only covers the back 2 burners on the stove. The buttons on the outside frame get condensation from boiling water on any of the burners.

Decent hood fan speed. It was alright while it lasted. My GE microwave was working flawlessly for the last ten years. I'm left with the regrets of replacing my GE one before it broke down and replaced with this junk.

Great product but touch keys too sensitive and the lights or fan turns on when opening and closing door due to accidentally touching them. Stopped heating after 6 months calling for service to repair.
