    Microwave itself is fine, fan is way too loud and does not really draw that much air considering the CFM rating...may just be the install and vent kit - poor design with flimsy duct parts to channel air to an outside vent. Be sure to measure twice as this unit is very deep.

      The vent fan on your over-the-range microwave helps keep smoke and steam clear from the microwave. It will even turn on automatically if the microwave gets too hot. But if the fan strength isn't strong enough to hold up a napkin, you may feel like it's not working. Fortunately, there's an easy way to tell.

    great microwave. always good dealing with best buy. The microwave actually didnt work when i installed it, took it back and they did a even swap for a newer one. Awesome.
