Haven’t used all of the features yet, but so far it seems like a great purchase. Have only had it installed for a month or so, I wanted to be able to bake smaller items in a more efficient oven rather than using larger double ovens. To be fair I would have rated it higher at this time, but need more time to become more familiar with the product.

This is by far the best microwave i have owned. The instructions included in the box are very well written and as long as you treat it the operation of the machine will be flawless. Given that info, it is a little confusing using the microwave without reading the instructions. Fries crisp well in the skin fry feature, the grill features grills sausages well as well as toast bread really well, convection oven is very convenient, and microwave function of course is great.

I wanted a convection microwave as a second oven. I had been using a toaster oven and a microwave, but that took up too much space. This works well in al of the settings we have tried so far.

Does everything from defrosting to grilling to baking. I no longer have to turn on my oven in the summer heat to make a dish. I keep discovering different features every time I cook a new dish. Definitely recommend.

We purchased this microwave to replace the old one and we can't be happier. It has a lot of features and functions not only for the microwave portion but also as a mini-oven. Great product.

After UPS damaged 2 units manager delivered personally. Go with Best Buy delivery. We really enjoy aspects of our micro/convection. Very handy to have the extra oven. Still trying to understand all the settings, but would recommend it.

This is a very easy and great to use microwave/oven, stylish, compact yet fully functional and at a great price. It is actually better than my old one.

This is a great microwave oven. It’s of solid quality and has the features we all want. My only complaint is that the panel options are not lighted. The only thing that lights is the time. This makes it difficult to use in low lighting, but otherwise we are very happy with this product.

Very nice microwave. The opening from the top is a great feature. Several settings are posted on the door to help with ease of use. The slim fry setting is our favorite.

This is the greatest. Does more than I know what to do with but my wife knows and loves it. This is the our second oven, second microwave but gets more use than the conventional oven and does the more serious microwave cooking

The microwave was purchased to complete the change to stainless steel in the kitchen. It works beautifully, however, Samsung has a built in 3 to 5 minute 'resting' period after any application taking more than three or four minutes. I did call Samsung to see if it could be disconnected and it cannot. This was driving everyone in the house, including me, crazy. When I have the time to learn all of the functions, it will probably be wonderful but I will first have to accept the wait time to open the door after cooking. In the meantime, I moved my other microwave back into the kitchen and the new one is now in the pantry. I would recommend this but with reservations because of the timing lock out.

The outside part is not heavy and dents easily - it came out of the box with a small ding. It has lots of options as to cooking, which requires a little practice and following their charts to get the settings right. But so far I am very pleased with the results.

I like that the controls are at the top. I'm tall so it makes them easier to see and use. It is very flexible with the options you have to cook with - grill, convection, microwave or micro and convection. The cons are you cannot increment time for microwave in less than 10 second increments. Also some of the cooking options only have presets which makes it difficult to cook something that doesn't match the kinds of things that were preset or to try to something different.

Very nice unit. Quite user friendly for a 75 year old. The microwave is so quiet when running and is a perfect size for most all dishes. My only complaint is the touch screen is hard to read and it would really help if it was lit.

Was able to get rid of the toaster oven since the convection on this is great. Once you get used to the timer buttons on the microwave it is very efficient. The convection oven rack is the perfect size for a pizza and it makes the top and crust toasty, and cooks it very fast in power convection mode. Pleasantly surprised how well this worked out for us.

We purchased this oven when our kitchen remodel was delayed and not ready for Thanksgiving when we were going to have a house full of people. Suffice it to say that this little oven, though pricey, is a gem. I still haven’t used all the options but highly recommend it.
