Quality is amazing. This alliance works great and is able to cook, bake and grill your food. You get a premium feel to the appliance and it's really well made. I would advise to have the appliance have good ventilation as it has an exhaust fan once it is done that could get damaged if it can't breathe.

Purchased for a short term vacation rental remodel. Havent installed yet as other appliances are on backorder. Great price. Hard time now finding mounting trim vent kit in matching black. Only stainless seems available oddly as this is not sold in stainless.

Great little microwave. Looks great installed with the appropriate trim kit. Haven’t used most of the functions yet, but the microwave function seems to heat very evenly. First one was a dud and the start button didn’t work…hence the 4 stars…took a few weeks to get a replacement, but this one works great and it’s a great value for the price. Happy with the purchase.

I wanted a convection oven and a microwave but didn't want to take up the extra space. I have a island with a cutout that this fit into perfectly and my old microwave well had seen better years. Glad I purchased this. It took a couple of days to get use to the setting. I love this unit.

We are remodeling our kitchen and were looking for a built in microwave. This fit the the size range. I was very excited about the features this offers. Purchased it online and gave the specs to the cabinet maker. When we installed it there was alot of space all around. We checked the model number to make sure we received the correct item. We scanned the QR code on the microwave and verified the item. The specs listed on the Best buy website are different than the manufacturer's website. Our cabinet was made to fit this item.

We bought the Samsung Convection oven because of the size, style, cost and the Samsung brand. We have not been disappointed on the many items we have made. We really like it for making salmon.

I read all the reviews good and bad that I could find but decided to take a chance because fit where I needed it to and claimed to be able to do so much. I'm very glad I took the chance it does everything well from bake to microwave and everything in between.

The directions were vague but I finally figured it out. I really like it now for microwave and convection cooking.

This is not just a microwave. It is also an effective convection oven. This has so many cooking variables it is amazing. I used this as my micro-oven during my kitchen renovation and it was great. Now I have it built into my island with the compatible kit. Very satisfied during the last two months.

This is such a great addition to my kitchen. I was able to get rid of the toaster oven which was taking up valuable counter space. I love the size of this new oven which can sit in the open cabinet where my old built in microwave sat. I do wish there was a better instruction manual with example recipes using all the different cooking modes.

I bought this online for store pickup, naively assuming that every microwave oven has a numeric keypad to enter the cooking time. I looked at the features but didn't pay attention to the control panel. It turns out that the ONLY way to enter the cooking time is by use of the "+30 seconds" button and the up/down arrows (which move the time up or down by 10 seconds or more, depending). That means that if you want to microwave something for 6 minutes and 30 seconds, you have to press the "+30" button THIRTEEN TIMES. Heaven forbid you should want to cook something with convection for 45 minutes! It boggles my mind that a product with such a non-functional user interface ever even made it to market. Seriously, this oven should be a case study in business school of how product design can go horribly wrong. BOTTOM LINE: wait until Samsung fixes this product by adding a numeric keypad.

Still learning my new convection microwave but so far I am enjoying it. Complicated at first but gets easier as you learn the different combinations of cooking. Samsung is a name I can trust and they are very helpful if you have to call and ask questions as I did.

This unit does all sorts of things quite well, but the microwave portion of the unit is not as powerful as most of this size. I've learned to just allow a little longer. It's great to bake, broil or roast while using convection and microwave to speed up the process. I'm learning to experiment on additional foods all the time.
