Looks exactly as pictured... I have 3 young children who use the microwave, no prints shown. Easy to assemble, packaged well and food heats in no time! Great buy for a great price! I highly recommend!

I like the size, the look and the way it cooks the food. I expected not being able to see the food as it cooked since a previous reviewer commented on the dark screened oven door. What I am most disappointed about and why I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to how much harder it is to press the buttons. You have to push hard right at the center of the button or else it won’t work. My previous Sharp and Panasonic microwaves were much easer to use in that regard.

Overall, the microwave oven does what it is suppose to do. I don't use all the buttons, relying on just manual settings so can't comment on how effective the pre-sets ones are.
My 2 main complaints about the microwave have been notds by others - the difficulty in pressing the buttons and how useless the interior light is.
It is not possible to see inside the microwave while it is on so can't tell if something is boiling over or not. The interior light is not strong enough or there is overkill on the shielding of the door. Having a dark interior does not help, either.
Stabbing at the buttons can be a source of frustration but I find that using my thumb is better than my index finger. Maybe Samsung only wants people with 'fat' fingers to be able to use the microwave easily.
Other minor gripes are the shortness of the electric cord and the fact that the microwave clears the time set for cooking if not started soon after.
I am happy to overlook all these complaints if the microwave lasts more than a few months.

Hi JosieN,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I see you have some concerns with the 1.4 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cook - Stainless steel. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
Borosilicate glassware is used in the microwave oven because it is highly thermal resistant. Glass is a non-crystalline, hard but brittle solid material formed from the mixture of silica and silicate. This is necessary to keep the microwave energy inside of the microwave. It a required for both the operation of the oven and for safety. If it was not there, the energy would not stay in the microwave oven, it wouldn't cook your food, and it would be dangerous for you.
Like any other lightbulb, you need to change your microwave's oven light once in a while. But don't worry, it only takes a minute to replace the bulb with a new one, and soon you'll be cooking fast, delicious meals again. Caution: When replacing the oven light or cooktop light, make sure that you are wearing gloves to avoid injury from the heat of the bulb.
If the microwave has power but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. If the panel still doesn't respond, service is required.

It is easy to use. Has cooking instructions on the top panel when you open the door. The only thing I don't like about it is that the inside light is not bright enough to see your food cooking.

I wanted to try a Samsung. And this was in the dimensions I needed. I like the heating, one minute and foods piping hot. I am disappointed in the defrost. Takes 49823 minutes to defrost a little bag of meat. Pretty disappointing to use because we defrost a lot of meat for our dogs food.
You cannot see into this microwave, it remains dark.
Easy to clean.

As others have already noted, this is a nice looking microwave and seems to work quite well. I have only 2 negatives about it, not enough to return it but enough to make me wonder whatever was Samsung thinking.
1. The interior light is completely useless. You can't see anything while the microwave is cooking, and
2. The buttons have to be pushed exactly square on.

I purchased this microwave because it was a Samsung as I am usually satisfied with their products, also it was the right size, color and features. Not impressed with the buttons. They are not padded making them rather hard to press, slow response, IMO, not like most modern numeral pads and giving it a rather generic feel. I'm not real keen on the preset functions either, (popcorn, potato etc.), just a blinking no number display, no numbers indicating time. Time does show when you choose a manual time for ex. pressing 1.00 min. Also the microwave is dark when cooking (as another buyer states), and you can't monitor the food. Thought that would be a "given" feature so never even thought it would be otherwise. It is not quite as powerful as our last same size, different brand microwave For ex. popcorn didn't pop well on preset feature so we had to use a manual time. May be okay when we are more used to it and figure out new adjustments for cooking time etc. I do like the enamel interior, something different with a little vintage flair. Overall we expected better for this price and would not feel comfortable recommending to a friend

Extremely good machine. Very large and easy to clean. My only complaints are that there isn't much to the trim. I wish it had to more to match the rest of the appliance. I wish they keypad could be back lit as well. Would make midnight bottle warmings easier. Not major issues though. Everything else works perfect.

I probably would have giving this Samsung microwave five stars, if it had an inside light. I hate not seeing what is going on inside the unit. The glass door is also black. If the inside light is not an issue, you can purchase this microwave, for its other features.

I bought this to match my fudge and stove. Looks very sleek and works great. My only complaint is the door doesn’t always pop open, when you push the “open button”. Sometime you have to push it a couple times, for it to open. All in all, I’m happy with it

This was a replacement for a 20 year old microwave. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Instruction manual explained all the features. Do not like the dark interior color and the fact that the light does not shine brightly when the microwave is operating. It does the job.

Nice Microwave at a Decent Price

I purchased this microwave after my 3 year old Panasonic microwave oven stopped working. I've had it for a few months and have been pretty happy with it. My biggest issue with it is I can't see inside while my food is cooking, which is very annoying as I have to sometimes continually open the door to ensure my food doesn't boil over. I like that the light comes on when the door is opened. Since it has a dark colored interior, it's almost a must to have the light on when the door is open. The 'Reheat' setting is kind of odd, as I find most of the time my food is plenty hot before the timer stops. I like that it beeps every 30 seconds if I don't take my food out. If you're looking for a decent sized microwave, this one should be at the top of your list.

This microwave is great for our kitchen. We needed something smaller, yet strong to put in our pantry. It’s a little noisier than expected but it operates in the pantry, so we can close the door.

Looks real nice and heats up food well. all the functions work pretty good.
But we really wished we would have taken back within the 30 days. It's too loud and you can't see into it. you can barely see the light because the tint is too dark. We bought samsung because it matched our samsung fridge, should have went with something else.
