The depot, had the product on back order without notifying the store so when it came to be installed, it wasn't there. The store offered us the Samsung at a discounted price but the facilities and operation are not as good as the GE. Don't get me wrong, it's OK but we would rather have the one we wanted

My only concern is my last microwave was a Samsung almost identical to this one and it lasted only a year and a half. Kept getting a code "SE" which meant touch pad went bad and made it inoperative. Will see if this one lasts.

I’m also thankful that I paid extra for the no show fingerprint feature. Only change I would make is the controls are a little “hard to push” . That might be because of the fingerprint issue so truly no big deal. Works great!

I did install it myself, which was very easy. The directions for installation were decent, there were a couple things that could have been a little more clear.

In addition trying to find the button to press for the over the stove light in the dark kitchen , forget it turn on a light its easier. The black face shows every fingerprint so a constant wipe down is needed.

We bought it as an open box and have not been disappointed. We installed it without problems as the microwave it replaced was an over the range Samsung and it was a perfect fit. The open box was 1/2 price of a new one,a great deal.
