Unusually loud for a microwave. Also was dented. Installed it because I waited aver another for it. Seems like it should have beenn sold as "Scratch and dent" i didn't bring it to customer service attention, but should have.

Had a similar microwave made by another company that died at about 3 years of use. Went with this one due to positive reviews and my trust of Samsung products. So far I've had no problems with this unit and love the look and functionality.

What is not to like! It was a great price and especially a great value for a Samsung product. Does everything as it should. There were no surprises except that my friend and I were able to install it ourselves in maybe 45 minutes. It has about 20% more watts then our previous microwave so I can adjust the cook times down a little bit.

Perfect for my kitchen! I look on different places and best buy have the best prices and i got it before the day they told me!

Over range microwave that matches stove is great and looks good. Only slight issue is that the buttons are hard to push sometimes.

It was just installed but I used it and it works fine just wish I had bought one with more features.

Simple yet efficient and doesn’t make much noise!

This was to replace a 15yr old KitchenAid, We were holding off to remodel and replace all appliances, but needed this asap prior to remodel, well remodel was postponed and we have not seen much of a difference between this and the Kitchenaid one. We were concerned that having mismatched brands was going to be a problem, but since everything is black and stainless- it blends in really well. Used for almost a year now with no issues, no complaints.

My maintanence picked up the package and took it the rental to install it. When he opened the box found the microwave top and side damaged. Since he had alredy took down the old microwave and installed the frame support he had to take it back to the best buy store to get a a replacement since we ordered it online it also had to be shipped from their warehouse. Tenants were without a mircrowave for a number of day.

Popcorn button does not work. Kids love using that button on the old microwave. Doesn’t always warm The item have to put food back in after being in the microwave. Other than that not a bad microwave Looks good installed

Never had an overhead microwave so when I decided to upgrade my range I got this as well and very glad I did so, it looks fantastic! The unit operates just as expected! Read reviews that's it loud, not mine, sounds normal. Also the complaining that the buttons are to difficult to press, I'm sure glad I decided to purchase the unit because those claims don't hold up on the unit I have. Like the door handle, for years my old microwave had a button to press to open the door, this is much much nicer, opens and shuts very smoothly. Large enough inside to cook just about anything you want to cook. The control panel is really nice as well and like the over head lighting for the stove below. I installed the microwave myself, the instructions were simple and to the point, just make sure you get the template straight and level for the back wall bracket and it'll be a breeze. I vent the unit to the inside, you have to remove the blower motor and rotate it 90 degrees, not hard to do at all, remove a few screws and lift it out and sit it right back down! Also don't forget to install the carbon filter, simple as well, remove the three screws above the top front vent (where the air comes out), open the door, slide the vent to the left and pull it forward. Insert filter and reinstall in reverse order. Thanks for the awesome unit Best Buy!

door handler was broken within less than a year. I Just tried to open the door and the door handler came off. I bought it less than a year and we most of the time are out of home. That material is really bad.

Huge fan of Samsung products. I like the way they look, the way they function, and the quality of the product. I built a house and purchased Samsung products for all appliances. Unfortunately, this product is complete garbage and the Samsung warranty is useless. The microwave handle broke off one day after the warranty expired and Samsung is charging me to repair it.

Excellent built in microwave for the budget minded person. Well built and easy function control panel. Bonus is a well lit underside light that illuminates range top.

shocked to see the microwave plug sticking out of the top of the microwave but other than that it works very well. Other reviews mentioned lots of noise actually doesn't ! very quiet and effective microwave on a budget.
