I was replacing a bad microwave. I was able to use the existing bracket and holes to mount the new microwave. Was installed and running in just a few minutes - now if I can get the kids to remember to add water to their ramen noodles.

ordered this with the bundle and did not receive. It took several phone calls and a few deliveries that never happened before we actually received it. My complaint is the customer service and delivery not the product. Once we finally had it installed we were much happier. Great display, easy to read and easy to clean.

It's a microwave that works. It heats and provides no extras, which is exactly what I wanted. No complaints about this micro. Well ok one complaint; the start, stop, and kitchen timer buttons don't jump out at you. They should be a different color. Fit and finish of the micro are wonderful. Solid handle and good design.

Priced right, feature packed and goes well with the rest of the stainless steel Samsung appliances in my kitchen. At 300cfm, vent fan in this OTR microwave cleans and clear air in the kitchen fast! If you're a smoker, you'll never have to step out in the cold to smoke... Ever! Perhaps the only imaginable complaint other users may raise is the control buttons. They're NOT touch sensitive. You have to press harder to get it to respond. Not a problem for me and I prefer it that way because it will allow me to clean the control surfaces without unintentionally starting the microwave. For the price and features, definitely a 10 on a scale of 10!

I was replacing a 20+ year old Fridgidaire microwave with this one. So much quieter, and...when installing about 30 pounds lighter! Ha! The only issue with installation is that the bolts that screw into the top...the threads are very, very delicate. If you don't have them lined up right, you'll easily ruin the threads, spend and extra time swearing trying to get it in, drive to the hardware store, find they don't have the bolt, then come home, use a hand file to repair the bolt then...it's installed. Whew! FYI. This is an apparently well known problem with the bolts Samsung sends (per other consumer websites) and it seems they've not fixed the issue. The unit itself works great though!!

Very large microwave. I can fit almost anything inside due to the large cubic space inside. The microwave is simple to use and setup. I installed in over the range and simply hooks up to the cabinet. As for the vent, it blows straight up and out over the top of the microwave. I would recommend venting it properly because it currently blows into my cabinet and it steams up all of my bottles. I should be channeled better to the front of the microwave opposed to the top.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this microwave. My previous one was old and finally died after many years of use. I was in a rush to replace it, however, and didn't want to spend a lot of money to do it. This was a good choice. The microwave is solid and does it's job well. However, I must point out that it is kind of a "bare bones" microwave. It doesn't have a nice "push 1-6 to get that many minutes going" feature; if you want to cook for 1 minute, you have to type in 1:00 and hit start... also, defrost doesn't allow you input times, only weight, and then it calculates the time based on that. not a big deal, but the old microwave had both of these features and I kind of miss them. It's a good microwave if you don't want any extras.

I researched many microwaves before making this purchase and I can say that I am very pleased with this product. The microwave has a very sleek design with an easy to use keypad with many functions. I especially like the add 30 seconds button. The beeping sound for the keypad and end of cooking time both have a pleasant sound at just the right volume level. My only disappointment would be the light function. It has 2 settings, but they are both quite dim. Other than that, it has been great.

Love that it matches my new range and door closes quietly but buttons unresponsive and sometimes squeak. You have push in exactly the right spot and sometimes have to push 2-3 times before it registers

I have to rate this as 5 stars because it does exactly what I wanted & needed it to do. It doesn't have all the bells & whistles of many of the other microwaves but it also was only $149. I wanted a matching Stainless Steel Samsung microwave and also wanted a white interior. I didn't want the racks or added convection feature which my real (full size) oven has, so I figure why pay extra for something that I'll probably never use. I'll never roast lamb chops or cook a chicken in it, so for those leftovers and Pop Secret movie nights this works great. I really don't care much for the dark interiors of most of the higher priced units either, just a personal preference (guess I'm just used to the inside of the oven being light & bright). This microwave has a rotating table, a white interior, no extra racks to remove or store somewhere and does exactly what I need it to do. For 150 bucks you just can't get much better and throw in some reward points and a $10 gift card....under $120 out the door!

Unit does everything it's supposed to. Replaces GE oven damaged in Hurricane Michael events, only operating difference is that it appears to deliver a bit more power than its predecessor, so we're relearning how long to cook things
