This microwave is very sharp looking . I just switched to stainless appliances so I had to get a microwave that matched my Samsung stove.I only use this for just the basics .It has all the settings that I need unlike my other more expensive one that had settings I never used in all the years I am very happy with my purchase for the price.

Simple easy to use microwave. Is a little noisy as far as microwaves go, but not really a problem.

For a cheaper model microwave it looks good and cooks well. No mounting screws in box, it was an open box but said nothing missing clearly on yellow sticker! Spent over an hour on the phone to Best Buy, they told me to return it and buy a closed box instead...Never buy an open box product from Best Buy and expect any kind of service!

best buy I have made in a long time, and it is as good as the best. my old one was a whirlpool and this one beats it hands down . the price was terrific, half the cost or less on all other microwaves and power to spare

This microwave is great. Easy to use and great look. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Unit replaced a previously purchased Samsung microwave (6 years old). This new unit is simpler to operate as it has a few less buttons which we never used. The one negative is the turn table cannot be stopped. We use the microwave continuously for food prep, re-heating, etc. and liked the old unit and are enjoying it's replacement.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase and no real complaints. My only minor concern is with the fan. Specifically, it doesn't seem to really draw the steam, etc from the stove below. So while I wish that did a better job, the microwave aspect works well, it looks nice, and have had no issues.

Microwave is nothing too fancy, but at an affordable price. The door is actually pretty quiet when closed and doesn't require any force to shut which is nice. The buttons on this microwave are harder to push than others I've used, sensitivity wise. This is the biggest downfall of the microwave.

I needed a small vented microwave to mount above my stove, This unit was my first choice, it works great and matches my stove and refrigerator. I have owned other Samsung products and they Have always performed well!

Microwave works as it should but I had to have it replaced within the first week because the fan was extremely loud and would continue to blow 1-2 seconds after the microwave shuts off. I don't know if this was an installation error or product defect.

Love the look of it. It works great. Use it daily. No clue complaints
