I have owned Samsung appliances in the past and have had good experiences so I wanted to upgrade my old microwave to a more updated look. This Samsung microwave has the basic features I need with a clean look. Installation was easy and the 2 venting options were helpful for me to decide to buy. Install took about 1 hour and it was good to go. I have owned it for a month and haven’t had any issues. 1 small issue I’d point out is the buttons require a little more force when pushing. Small kids might have an issue controlling but otherwise it’s a great product and I would highly recommend it if you are in the market for a cost effective over the range microwave.

We bought a package deal of stove fridge microwave and dishwasher. Delivery was very good and and the install of the first micro. was adequate and bought it warped the side and door. The second micro install showed me that the cupboards were not level. the actual cause of the first micro door problem

I love this microwave; it has great features for daily use.

We bought the microwave for an upcoming kitchen Reno. We received and briefly looked over the product and put back in the box until it was ready to instal. Upon installation we found a large dent in the left side that is unfortunate still noticeable; isn't hidden by the cabinet. Called best buy and their policy is 15 days after purchase for return we were on day 17. Worst customer service, I will never purchase from BB again. The product is fine. Exactly what I wanted minus the huge dent in my large costly renovation. Total eye soar. But wanted customers to beware.

Easy to install and easy to use. Great product for the price.

The microwave has performed well. However, I'm disappointed that the interior coating started peeling off after just four years of use, despite our efforts to keep it clean and avoid spills. The quality of the interior finish needs improvement.

This over-the-range microwave worked perfectly in our galley kitchen where counter space is a premium. Like how quiet it is compared to other microwaves I've had. The light shines nicely over the stove to make cooking easier. Size is fine for our family and meets our needs.

This microwave is on the lower end of the cost range. And that's a good thing! The best thing about it is what it DOESN'T have. And that is a bunch of buttons and features that no one actually uses. It's pretty much just a straight up microwave, and they're hard to find.

Replaced oven in our townhouse so didn't need a lot of bells and whistles. Easy to install, which I did myself. Power levels are good. Size of oven accommodates most dishes and the glass plate is recessed into the bottom of the oven adding more room. Overall it is a nice oven and we are very pleased with it.

Heats so much faster than our 2009 GE microwave. Is Stainless and looks awesome and was on sale $100 off when we bought it. A perfect purchase and fit perfect in the space of our old one. Make sure to measure your space! We couldn't have gone bigger or smaller or it would not fit/ look stupid. It was perfect too because we wanted to do the whole kitchen in Samsung :)

This microwave was easy to install and use. It cooks food well as well.

This went on sale just as my old wall mount microwave started making scary noises. I went down to the local Best Buy store and ordered this one the very next day. Delivery was prompt, installation excellent and efficient, and the oven cooks the food to perfection. It's also very shiny and attractive and gave the whole kitchen a facelift. No complaints at all!!
