Excellent microwave! It works great, and it looks so stylish in white. It is probably the best microwave I’ve ever had. Samsung is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

I had the same one and it was working great - I think maybe putting a plastic IKEA cover might have damaged it...But because I was so happy with it, I bought the same one again and have no complaints whatsoever - great product especially for the price.

Overall a good basic microwave. I don’t use microwaves much but am replacing appliances and glad it has the look I want to replace the 18 year old white one that came with the house. The fan seems to work well which I use the most. My only gripe was that it took 2+ months for it arrive to Best Buy. I picked it up from the store. Couple YouTube videos on how to install and some butterfly bits from Harbor Freight and it was installed. Industry wide I wish they would get rid of the stupid paper templates for the drill holes and give even a thin cardboard cutout. Now that’s it’s installed time to find an over.

Samsung and Best Buy both failed to address a clear product quality issue. I purchased this microwave as part of a bundle from Best Buy. The handle appears to be metal in the photos and description, but upon delivery I discovered it is actually made of very thin plastic. After only three months of normal use, the handle began to crack and loosen. By seven months, the bottom portion broke, and by one year the entire handle detached completely. I contacted both Best Buy and Samsung for support, but each stated there was nothing they could do other than charge me for service or repairs. When I asked whether they stood behind products that fail within a year of normal use, both claimed that their products are designed, manufactured, and sold to last well beyond the warranty period. My experience clearly contradicts that claim. This is disappointing from both the manufacturer and the retailer. Buyers should be aware of this quality issue before purchasing.

Excellent product still working great after 2 years

This samsung microwave was a purchased during a black friday sales event. Great price but cooking ventational doesn’t work well at all. No suction power under the hint even when placed on high. Tested it with a single piece of paper and it wont stay. Additionally, in store pick-up and customer service was really an horrible experience. Buyers beware of Faulty units and lousy customer service.

Replacement for my 11 year old microwave. It looks nice and similar size to my old one. But it is a lower quality, plastic handle, small tray, and no 2nd shelf. The light is an incandescent and not bright. I replaced it with an led bulb. Must brighter now Do not expect it to last 11 year like my old one.

The door handle is plastic and cheap. The door closure and opening requires a lot of force. When closing the door, it is loud because of the stiff door mechanism

Had an old samsung microwave that need to be replaced. This one worked perfect. We were able to use the mounting bracket from the old microwave and didnt have to cut any new holes for vents or screws. This microwave has quieter fans and runs quiter than the last. The stainless looks very good with all the other stainless appliances in our kitchen.

This is by far the best over the range microwave out on the market, we do flip houses and have purchased at least 20 of these. The size dimensions are perfect for any size kitchen. Never had an issue. A must buy, don’t hesitate

Pickup was quick and easy. Installation was successfull after following instructions as packaged. Overall appearance with the cabinetry and appliances of the kitchen was satisfactorally compatible and matching. Usage was easy and uncomplicated when pressing buttons on the microwave"s control panel. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase of my new Samsung microwave.

The under range light settings in LED are ideal. The entire unit is easy to install, cook with, low energy, and high value Samsung. This unit delivers value for the price.
