Plastic handle,no 2nd shelf

But it is a lower quality, plastic handle, small tray, and no 2nd shelf. The light is an incandescent and not bright. I replaced it with an led bulb. Must brighter now Do not expect it to last 11 year like my old one.

The size dimensions are perfect for any size kitchen. Never had an issue. A must buy, don’t hesitate

Installation was successfull after following instructions as packaged. Overall appearance with the cabinetry and appliances of the kitchen was satisfactorally compatible and matching. Usage was easy and uncomplicated when pressing buttons on the microwave"s control panel. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase of my new Samsung microwave.

Fan is high speed and high flow removing steam and oils from the cook range instantly. The under range light settings in LED are ideal. The entire unit is easy to install, cook with, low energy, and high value Samsung. This unit delivers value for the price.

Id rather have screws and screw it into a stud rather than hoping drywall would support it.

The look is sleek, modern and fits well into the cabinet space matching with other appliances. Overall the appearance is nice takes food longer to warm up. The overall design is cheap after just 7months (August), the whole door handle has broken and came off. I started to notice in July that opening the door was becoming hard oiled the side to see if that would help tried to open it and the bottom part of the handle broke I pushed it back in thinking that it had snapped back in. We didn’t use it for a while then in August my daughter went to warm something up grabbed the handle to open it and the entire handle came off. Now I am forced to open it from the bottom if we intend to use it. But now it’s an eye sore over my stove without the handle.

Handle(door) was replaced Feb 2024 by Samsung since it was still under factory warranty. Now Feb 2025 handle came loose again. The handle is made of a poor/cheap plastic and not secured enough. Needless to say I do not recommend this microwave.

Great Basic Microwave
