Haven’t used it but I’m happy so far with the installation and look and speedy shipping in 3 days to the store.

I kept using it thinking it’s just a scratch. However the handle start moving and now broken. The product only have one year warranty, making it difficult to get help from the manufacturer. Lucky Samsung now agreed to send technician to replace the broken part. I do not recommend this version of microwave. Who would think microwave’s handle will broke only after one year use!!!

As after a year of normal light use the door handle broke into a bunch of little pieces! It requires a tug to open the door but at no point was it pulled hard enough for it to break into a bunch of pieces!!!! I tried going through best buy support and they wanted to charge me $150 dollars to have some one to come look at it! Which is ridiculous and very obviously a cheap parts issue!!!i feel really screwed outta my hard earned money and warn everyone!!

Ive used uglier microwaves from the 90s that stood the test of time better than this microwave. Door handle problems began with small cracks and then one day as the microwave was in use, i grabbed the handle and it dislodged and pieces began to fall off.
