Microwave not what it appears.

First microwave had the worse excuse to becalled a light, it was so dim and small it didnt light anything i had to buy lights so I could see, it is larger than measurements so couldnt get to my back burners, and ventilation was a joke. Best buy promised a better microwave that I still have not getten while waiting 2 months and told will still be another month before my compensation microwave might show up, maybe.
So after 5 appointments and never getting this microwave installed because agent didn't show up for work, their excuse not mine. Then they would reschedule me without asking me, for a week later everytime! I even started to call the day before on last 2 appointments, I was swore it would be here and still noone showed. But told to be patient because their agent didn't show to work again! Wow i would be fired for that but its okay for them and the customers fault not theirs. Oh but they want you to be thankful because they rescheduled it. Same with their time frames, they dont keep those either. They give times and none are kept. Every appointment asked for 7am-1pm by 9 am I would get a text message, not even a call, my appoint was moved to 9am-1pm, then later 12pm- 3pm, then 12pm-8pm and somewhere around 3pm get notified I need to reschedule.
But here is a photo of my still not existing microwave and the lights i had to buy and put around this microwave i returned because the light was usless! Run away from best buy if you wanna buy a microwave!

After only 6 months of use my door handle broke completely off. Even though I was still within the 1 year warranty period Samsung refused to honor their warranty. I'll never purchase a Samsung product again

Door Handle Broke Twice in 14 months

Like other reviews here, the door handle broke twice in 14 months. Samsung replaced it once under warranty, but not i'm out of luck because Samsung used cheap plastic. I would avoid since this is an obvious defect.
