Defective handle-door attachment

In Jan. 2022, four months later, the bottom of the handle detached itself from the door. It was under warranty, so the door was replaced. The repairman told me to be sure and open the door from the CENTER of the handle. I started doing that. The handle lasted 10 months instead of four months, but today the bottom of the handle again detached from the door. It is now out of warranty. I will be buying a new microwave (NOT Samsung) because I know that even if I pay to get it fixed, the most I can expect is a year before it breaks again.

Samsung should reinforce the handle because most people tend to pull from the lower part of the handle when constantly opening the door.

The microwave doesn’t get used often. It works as designed. The over range lights are not very bright. The vent (on high) isn’t obnoxiously loud.

It made a terrible sound on starting that I never heard before. He call the company and said to send a new one out to be installed that this one was faulty.six weeks have gone by and I still DO NOT have the new one!!
