    Door Handle Broke Twice in 14 months

    Like other reviews here, the door handle broke twice in 14 months. Samsung replaced it once under warranty, but not i'm out of luck because Samsung used cheap plastic. I would avoid since this is an obvious defect.

    Faulty Handle Design, broken twice.

    This Microwave has a faulty handle design, where to plastic crumbles around a bare screw. It relies on said handle to open it (no pop button). Has broken twice in the same year, 2nd time was one month out of warranty and was not honored by Samsung. Cooking works great otherwise, but not worth the hassle.

    Handle broke off

    I have had this microwave for 13 months and loved it until the door handle started to crack at about 11 months, now it has come completely off.

    Cheap materials, terrible service

    Less than 4 months old, used only a few times a week and the top handle mount is broken. Samsung service initially created a service ticket, then cancelled it calling this "physical damage" and ineligible for warranty service. The part that broke is the plastic that holds the screw in.

    Low Quality Microwave

    Not worth it buying this microwave. Why? Because of a very low quality plastic materials used in the door handle, in less than a year the lower part of the door handle just got broken.

    I purchased this open box excellent condition microwave. It's far from excellent. Dents, scratches and broken plastic. Very disappointed, I called Best Buy and was told I could return it. Well, I would hope so, but this is a huge inconvenience. Im glad a didn't purchase a larger open box appliance. I will definitely be returning it.
