Samsung replaced it once under warranty, but not i'm out of luck because Samsung used cheap plastic. I would avoid since this is an obvious defect.

It relies on said handle to open it (no pop button). Has broken twice in the same year, 2nd time was one month out of warranty and was not honored by Samsung. Cooking works great otherwise, but not worth the hassle.

Cheap materials, terrible service

Samsung service initially created a service ticket, then cancelled it calling this "physical damage" and ineligible for warranty service. The part that broke is the plastic that holds the screw in.

Low Quality Microwave

Open box, excellent condition was horrible.

Dents, scratches and broken plastic. Very disappointed, I called Best Buy and was told I could return it. Well, I would hope so, but this is a huge inconvenience. Im glad a didn't purchase a larger open box appliance. I will definitely be returning it.
