Even though I was still within the 1 year warranty period Samsung refused to honor their warranty. I'll never purchase a Samsung product again

This model doesn't have the quick start button, but we have the auto cook function. No more guesswork as to how long to microwave a dish. Just enter the food and weight and the pre-programmed setting will cook it perfectly.

Faulty Handle Design, broken twice.

It relies on said handle to open it (no pop button). Has broken twice in the same year, 2nd time was one month out of warranty and was not honored by Samsung. Cooking works great otherwise, but not worth the hassle.

Cheap materials, terrible service

Samsung service initially created a service ticket, then cancelled it calling this "physical damage" and ineligible for warranty service. The part that broke is the plastic that holds the screw in.

Open box, excellent condition was horrible.

Dents, scratches and broken plastic. Very disappointed, I called Best Buy and was told I could return it. Well, I would hope so, but this is a huge inconvenience. I did self install which turned out to be easier than expected and the best part was the existing dimensions and fittings worked just fine and didn't have to replace with th new brackets. All one has to do it take out the old one and replace it with this new one and 2 screws. The only drawback is - the +30 sec button doesn't start the MW. You will need to additionally push th 'start' button unlike most of th owens available in the market
