Have to press hard on keypad

You have to press really hard on the keypad. Another thing is you have hot dog popcorn etc. at the top and big buttons however I think that the numbers should be at the top that's just my thing though. Once again it really bugs me that you have to press so hard on the keypad. There are other reviews mentioning this and I don't think I would buy it again just on that alone.

The handle fell off the first one shortly outside the one year warranty period. I repurchased a new one as it was cheaper than the repair and it matched my dishwasher and refrigerator handles/Samsung products. Unfortunately, the handle on the new microwave cracked at the bottom as now appears that it will fall off. While Samsung is going to repair it, I question how well their microwave is designed and manufactured. We have two adults in our house and no one pull down on the handle.
