Samsung replaced it once under warranty, but not i'm out of luck because Samsung used cheap plastic. I would avoid since this is an obvious defect.

Faulty Handle Design, broken twice.

It relies on said handle to open it (no pop button). Has broken twice in the same year, 2nd time was one month out of warranty and was not honored by Samsung. Cooking works great otherwise, but not worth the hassle.

This model doesn't have the quick start button, but we have the auto cook function. No more guesswork as to how long to microwave a dish. Just enter the food and weight and the pre-programmed setting will cook it perfectly.
