Less than 4 months old, used only a few times a week and the top handle mount is broken. Samsung service initially created a service ticket, then cancelled it calling this "physical damage" and ineligible for warranty service. The part that broke is the plastic that holds the screw in.

Not worth it buying this microwave. Why? Because of a very low quality plastic materials used in the door handle, in less than a year the lower part of the door handle just got broken.

I purchased this open box excellent condition microwave. It's far from excellent. Dents, scratches and broken plastic. Very disappointed, I called Best Buy and was told I could return it. Well, I would hope so, but this is a huge inconvenience. Im glad a didn't purchase a larger open box appliance. I will definitely be returning it.

Works well for our use, which is re-heating meals, or defrosting. We also use the soften/melt feature quite often. This is our 2nd samsung microwave. The first one lasted about 10 years. Picked this one out because it is basically the same and could slip in to the existing area so installation was easy.

The Samsung works great. The vent blower is relatively quiet but provides very good air flow. This replaced a 12 year Samsung model that had the same dimensions. This eliminated any tile work that we thought we would need with a new size. Samsung instructions were very good. My son and I installed it.

Overall I just replaced older model which worked for me about 6 years, but this model has more cheaper materials. Like door handle was metal, and it didn't have and crack sound when use. This has plastik, and it is cheap plastic, which has noice when you touch, giving pressure is not necessary.

This is a pretty straightforward microwave for seniors who don’t want anything complicated other than standard heating features. Buttons are visible enough with easy to follow directions.

Got this microwave back in 2022. After about a year we noticed some cracks at the top and botton of the door handle. The cracks ended up getting bigger causing some part of the handle to break off. The whole handle ended up breaking off shirtly after. I plan to replace it and hope that the next one will last. Based off of the comments I’ve already read I dont feel so hopeful.
