Problems are that the "buttons" don't always respond, you have to touch them over and over. This week the handle started cracking. I have no idea why. Again, we don't use it often, we don't have kids at home slamming it around. Apparently it is just made cheap.

I was even able to install it myself in under 2 hours. Two things that keep me from giving this 5 stars: One - The keypad seems a bit out of order as I'm always searching for the "Start" button. It just doesn't stand out and that's the button you use most. Two - the door, like just about every microwave out there, is so clunky/loud when you shut it. Can someone design a microwave with a door that feels more substantial and opens/closes more smoothly?!
