Really pleased with the purchase of this microwave. Big, beautiful with lots of bells and whistles.

Love the multiple functions it has. Allows you to cook multiple ways. The convection is great to have. Makes reheating food or cooking easy. Don't need to always use the oven to cook and heat up the house or waste energy on something small.

Microwave settings are easy to use and slim fry option makes food crunchy without the oil!

This unit replaced my Kitchen Aid that was 15 years old. This is a great replacement to match the samsung oven that I purchased in conjunction with it. This unit was a little bigger that the 15 year old Kitchen Aid so it was a little tricky to install but it fit after a little modification. I highly recommend this unit. It works great.

WE really like this microwave oven. It is really quiet and the convection oven also works great.

Not enough time for a full review yet but installation was simple and quick ! The little that we use it was good. Microwave is powerful. Oven sims a little weak, it took a little longer that the stove. The looks are great at any angle and the price reasonable !

Works well, easy to use. Did have an initial problem with a sensor having to be replaced by Samsung service in the first month after install. But havn't had any issues since.

I've been using this microwave for several months now. I couldn't be happier with it. I use the microwave daily. I also like the convection oven feature. It's like having a second oven. When I use it to roast a chicken, it always turns out perfect. I'll never buy a microwave without the convection feature again.

We are slowly updating our kitchen with new state-of-the-art appliances. This microwave goes nicely with our Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. It was quite the upgrade from our 18 year old microwave. The convection oven option makes our kitchen much more efficient for large family get togethers. My wife and I installed by ourselves, instructions were easy to follow.

As we have learned the attributes of this oven, we have discovered we like it more and more. A better instruction manual would help, but I suppose it is on the web. Wish it did not have to choose serving sizes an was a true sensor cook.

This machine is awesome on the outside and it works just as great as it looks.

The item is very good, But the customer service is terrible. I tried to register the Micro wave and it is not on the list to choose. The help desk had no clue on how to help. I could not register it at all. They also keep transferring me to another person and after third person they send me back to the first one. This went on for an hour, I may not buy any other products because of this.

I wanted a microwave/convection oven/hood combo so it could take the place of several appliances to save space and yet have the convenience of having two ovens when I need it. I've used it to bake cookies and roast potatoes along with just using the microwave function and it was worked beautifully. It also looks great and really updated the look of my kitchen. Great price to boot!!!

Great convection/microwave. I installed it and wished I should have paid someone to do it. I needed two other people to help left and position in place. Got it done right but, would pay to have it done if I had to do over. Very pleased with performance and features still learning how to use the convection features.
