Really great microwave, we made cookies the first day and refrigerator biscuits the next! They tasted like they had been baked in the oven. Definitely worth the money we spent. Love love love this microwave/convection oven.

Love using this machine over my over my gas oven. So easy to use.

The Sumsung convection microwave has so my options you can use it for. My wife bakes a lot and uses the convection option. She was surprised on how evenly everything baked. You can't go wrong with Samsung appliances and the great price Best zbuy had it at.

We’ve had this microwave for about 10 months now and it is used daily. Easy to operate and keep clean.

I have had the microwave for about a month now and it seems to be working alright. After getting it installed I am not sure how much I will actually use the convection portion of the microwave but it is nice to have the option if I want to use it.

Don't like the fact that everything, including power levels, is preset. The preset list doesn't include everything you might cook, so you have to guess which level to use. Guess Samsung thinks we're not smart enough to decide on our own. It does do a great job defrosting meat.

This is a good microwave/convection oven. I can do either/or and I can do both at the same time. I enjoy the features this unit has. However, there is one thing to keep in mind. It does get really hot in the back of the unit when using the convection feature. I suggest not to have it all the way up against the back of the wall. I installed mine with a board at the back so most of the unit has some breathing room . I would not recommend this unit for the same reason.

I've owned this Samsung - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Black Stainless Steel product for almost a month now and I love it. Beautiful and works great. I've used the convection oven feature once to reheat a plate of food, and I was amazed at how evenly the food was cooked. It was as if I had individually heated items on a stove before putting them on a plate. As I have time and learn more about it, I plan to make more use of the convection feature in the future.

So right out of the box we had issues. We installed this microwave ourselves. Had to cut a small hole in the adjacent cabinet because of our kitchens' design. After all that trouble it did not cook as a microwave but it would work as a convection oven. The Best Buy store wanted us to uninstall it and bring it to the store for an exchange which was unacceptable to me given the work that it took to get it on the wall. Fortunately Samsung took care of the issue for us and sent a repair person who was just fine. It was a simple repair of some wires that were not soldered correctly. It was frustrating but in the end my problem was taken care of. At first I was a bit frustrated by the booklet and chart that comes with the microwave for every different scenario of pre-prepared and reheated food however we do not do much of this. It took me awhile to just figure out how to manually use all the different settings. It works great as a microwave it works fine as a convection oven I am not 100% sold on the slim fry option as I do not feel that my frozen fried items are coming out crunchy and cooked thoroughly. There is definitely a learning curve with this microwave which I did not expect

Best Buy's is the only store I shop at. They carry everything. If they don't have in the store you get it online. Westland, Mi Best Buy is the "Best" Best Buy Store. They have the Best General Manager Nathan. He is all about customer service, very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable of anything in the store. I have a great experience every time I'm in that store. And I've been to all the Best Buys in my area and the Westland store tops them all.

Got it on sale for $399.99. Works well for microwave use and looks good with my stainless steel dishwasher, rice cooker, ice maker stove and refrigerator. Installation was easy considering the mounting bracket provided was identical to my old microwave mounting bracket so I didn't need to measure and mount the new one. The hooks on the previous mount matched up perfect;y and the microwave literally went and hooked right into place and the top mount screws also matched up to the holes in the cabinet above so I didn't needed to drill holes and it bolted right into place. Just make know the size of the microwave you are replacing and make sure the one your buying is the same and installation should be a breeze . Haven't tried out the convection part yet but it seems as if you can bake in your microwave with it. The vent fan works well and stove lights provide sufficient lighting to view what ever your cooking. Very satisfied with purchase but only time will tell the durability of this microwave. Hopefully it lasts for many years since I am content with everything this microwave provides.

Great microwave that is extremely quiet. It’s kind of big but we’ve become use to it.

We love the convection and slim fry features but hard to memorize codes and settings without the paper packet that came with the microwave. Works great and cooks evenly and as advertised? Only complaint, We are pretty savvy with technology and feel this could be alil more user friendly

This product has several benefits over our previous microwave ovens. First, it is very quiet in operation. It is big enough to hold large casseroles and high enough to accommodate the lids. The display is bright enough to see in kitchen lighting. But the main benefit is ease of operation. Samsung's display walks you through some of the more complex issues. When defrosting, for example, it lets you select the type of food and its weight with prompts in English.

Microwave/convention oven. Best purchase on all my appliances.

This microwave has worked really well for my family and I. The only complaint I have with it is that you have to push the buttons a little hard to get it to work. Unlike the matching Samsung stove/oven where you barely need to press the buttons to make it work.

We just remodeled our kitchen so have only used the microwave a few times. I like the convection oven option, it seems to work well. There are tons of great featuers and I can't wait to use them all. The vent fan is very loud and is my only complaint so far.

I have always had a convection microwave and this one is as good as it gets!
