The salesman at Best Buy was so knowledgeable that I bought this microwave based on his recommendations and saved money, too. He helped me understand convection much better than reading about it. Frying French fries in the microwave is great without all the oil.

I love this microwave. I was worried it would be complicated as it has so many features. It’s actually easy to use and I’ve already tried the slim fry option. The light is great and the fan works well too. Overall a great purchase.

It has all the bells and whistles; that's why I bought it. BUT it's missing a few features that I miss that my 14-year-old m/w had: push 1 and it went for 1 minute. Push 2 and it went for 2. Even for the 30-second button you have to push Start! I can't believe a m/w of this quality and these many features would make you enter 100 + Start to cook for 1 minute and so on! Seems so silly! And to mention it seems silly too, of course, but you get used to these little things. It's also a little hard to keep the dark front glass clean. It shows streaks. We've had this m/w about 2 weeks. It'll be a while before I use all the features...bake a cake in a m/w??!! I hope it'll work! And a roast?! I'll be anxious to try it, but I'm scared to ruin an expensive piece of meat!! I'll read others' reviews to see what they have to say about the convection baking and roasting. I think the manual is very, very hard to follow. It's so highly coded--1 to cook whatever, 2 to cook something else--and yet there are no cheat labels on the inside. I've had to keep my manual right next to it. A good writer could've made the instructions a lot more user friendly. Overall, if it does everything that it says it does--satisfactorily, of course--it'll be okay, but I'll never get over the 100+Start routine...seems a crazy oversight.

Not only does this product look cleaner and more expensive then the one it replaced it works great. The convection oven feature is nice and it is also very roomy on the inside. I would recommend this product.

I was used to simple counter top microwave before I purchased this-it has way more buttons and since I didn't read the book it has taken me a little bit of time to still be figuring it out on the convection side (but to my defense I rarely cook so that could be the biggest issue). My fits nicely and is not causing any problems with counters. Does melt microwave bowls if you cook on convection-go on regular microwave settings for microwave plastics and use glass for convection microwave bakes.

microwave works great. took a while to get used to some of the settings and features, but once you do it makes it real easy to cook a dish or reheat some leftovers.

This microwave has several features I doubt that we will use. Upgraded due to in-store specials which basically made it cheaper than getting a microwave with less features . However, installation was easy, and it's very user-friendly.

The Samsung over the range convection microwave is so easy to operate. I love the fact that it can do so much more than just reheat food and cook popcorn. In essence, I have my two ovens in my kitchen without the large expense.

Bought this microwave together with two other Samsung appliances. It has ample space for just about anything I can think of cooking in it, and I'm looking forward to testing out the convection option - an unexpected bonus!

This low profile microwave is a nice addition with good features. Eliminates space on countertop and so far, I am pleased to say I made a good purchase and meeting all my needs. Well reccomended.

Beautiful sleek appearance. Professionally installed. Operation Is relatively simple, with many presets. Power is more than adequate. Convection oven feature is especially useful, with great results. Highly recommend this product.

Works as a microwave should. Also nice to have the ability to use the convection oven part of the unit to heat small oven instead of large oven. Easy to clean. Easy to use.

This microwave that also is a convection oven is terrific! So many varied uses, so we can make large meals or heat up single servings. Also resists fingerprints which makes us all happy!

This unit took a little time to adjust to after the GE Speedcook we had for 15 years, that cost 2x the price. We decided to try this one and initially we were a bit disappointed vs. the GE, BUT - now that we are used to the features are growing increasingly happy with this. We bought the Samsung induction range with the 2 in 1 convention oven that has a divider. With this combination micro/convection we can have three ovens in a smaller space. No need to buy a separate wall oven now.

Microwave functions as advertised, looks good, and my wife really likes the toaster oven. Product came in dented in back from shipping.

We purchased this OTR microwave along with several other appliances. This microwave is not only nice looking, but easy to use. The convection is so much more efficient than turning on the oven.

It is way bigger than I had imagined once installed. It is really nice though that I can cook with convection, that's a nice extra!
