Purchased as part of a kitchen package. This may be my favorite piece. Cooks quick easy to clean and you can cook a crispy crust pizza in it. Very cool addition to my Kitchen

works well when you figure it out. On line manual is necessary because print is so small on booklet. Has so many outstanding features and capabilities

Easy to use if you have the cheat sheets. I laminated them and hung them on back of cabinet door. Cooks items such as pizza, pizza rolls and casseroles very well without having to heat up our large oven.

This microwave is the best microwave that I have had so far. It makes a great addition to our stainless steel appliances. It's very quiet and easy to use. Dinner parties are so much less stressful now.

It's a microwave, it's a convection oven, it's awesome. It's like having a third oven (the range below it is a double oven). We still haven't discovered all the features that seem to be plenty.

We have only had it a month or so but the unit is super easy to use, very sharp, and cooks well. There are many features I still do not know how to use.

The first thing I cooked in it was brownies. I used the convection setting and the brownies came out perfect. I do notice that my food takes a little longer to reheat compared to my last microwave. Overall it is a good quality item for an awesome price.

I love the size of this microwave. haven't learned how to use all the convention features but it s a great option.

Great microwave. It heats things really fast and the convection oven works just like an oven. The interior is roomy and easy to clean. The porcelain interior finish is a nice touch. The only thing I wish it had was express settings on the screen (the 1 to 6 minute settings). Also, programming the settings such as the clock is NOT intuitive. You will need to refer to the manual. Other than these drawbacks, it's a great buy at a great price.

First time using the hybrid model microwave + convection. When we need to cook a small quantity of food, this one comes in handy, instead of using bigger oven from the range. I liked the fan inside this oven operates in Bake and Roast modes, which helps cooking food by spreading the heat evenly. Caveat, you have to do still the other manual things like flipping the food, covering with aluminum foil, but it is way better than without the fan option.

I love the numbers on the bottom of the door and the sleek design. The inside matches the inside of the stove from the same collection and is very easy to clean!

We purchased this microwave to replace one that broke. We liked that is can microwave, steam and be used as a convection oven. What I don't like, thereby earning 4 stars instead of 5, is that it is complicated to use. You have multiple options and then multiple options within each option. You must keep the user guide handy. I only wish Samsung would have put some of the codes on the inside plate of the unit. The more I use it the more I like it.

Excellent microwave. Features are nice and convection works great. Small dent on on bottom of door. Not sure if it came that way or happened while hanging. Likely came that way but since i cant say for sure i'll deal with it. The oven is good look unit and love the recirculating vent fan. Much better than having a something piped up through top cabinet. Templates were spot on for easy hanging.

Very glad we went with the convection microwave vs the dual cavity stove. Saved lots of $$ doing it this way and it works GREAT!

Microwave cooks so evenly, love the dual shelves. easy to operate and heats up foods so quickly. Very quiet too. Also looks great with other Samsung appliances.

We are really happy with this purchase. We really purchased because it matched our refrigerator and we wanted a convection oven, but we have been quite pleased. I haven't tried all of the features, but have had good luck with what I have done. Defrosted 2 pounds of hamburger perfectly (no cooked spots) and also did a good job softening two sticks of butter. I tried to do sweet potato chips on slim fry and it didn't work all that well, but that was just an experiment, not something even recommended in the manual.

Had it for a month now, and like it very much. Love the convection oven feature, we treat it as a second oven. Looks sleek and very modern. So far so good, happy with my purchase.

This Samsung microwave is an excellent microwave for the price. It is good sized and has good features.

This is a great unit, the display is easily read and the features are easily able to operate. The unit has a great look and fits well with out other appliances.

I am glad that this microwave fit in the same place the other one came out. It even used the same wall bracket that I had used for the other microwave. It's got plenty of room in it to put a large pampered chef stone cooking sheet in it. But you have to be weary of the door it does swing out far. And then once you power it up it take a long time to learn how to operate it.
