I was impressed by how quiet it is and the ability to be a convection or microwave, It is a little deeper and heavier than a standard microwave but that was expected

Easy to install, works great and my wife is happy to have the convection feature she wanted.

Not so powerful but enough to cook the food longer than the normal over the range microwave ovens. Nice design though and looks good on my kitchen

This microwave was a replacement for one that failed and I'm glad it did! Sleek look, convection capabile, built-in fan, easy installation, this one has it all!

We ordered the microwave oven to go with our new Samsung range and modernize the look of the kitchen, and it does its job as expected, with the usual time setting and power adjustment. But in addition, there is a huge menu of preset cooking settings for hundreds of items that we're unlikely to use, partially because it's necessary to look up the code for each food item in the instruction manual. Possibly a family that heats different pizzas on different nights would use this feature. And the oven doesn't only microwave, but has an electric roasting/baking element, so it can double as a conventional oven. This might be convenient for some, but we haven't had occasion to use it, with an actual oven just below. One nice feature is "two-stage" cooking. If you heat e.g. your morning oatmeal as I do--2 minutes on high and then 5 minutes on 20% power, you can preset this to do both in sequence--very convenient. We also like that the control panel is across the bottom, freeing up width for cooking. This is a fine machine and not too pricey, but you might save some space or money by passing on the non-microwave features.

The black stainless is stunning. The self cleaning feature is useful along with the ability to use as a fryer/convection etc.. the cooking options are endless.

I love the multi use microwave/convection options and easy preset control panel. I like the digital readout. It is very modern and looks great in my new kitchen.

I bought this microwave because it matched the stove I also purchased. If not for this microwave being the complimentary set, I would not have paid so much for a microwave. Yes it does a lot but how many people use it for more than heating or reheating food. On the plus side, This microwave was very simple to install and to change into a self venting unit.

This made cooking Thanksgiving so much easier! The fact that it doubles as a convection oven is the best! Perfect size and easy to operate!

So my wife and I bought this to match all the other appliances that we bought when doing our kitchen remodel. Works great and looks great.

Looks great and fits nicely over the range. Samsung includes the handle as part of the depth measurement where other manufacturers don't so it doesn't protrude as much as expected. Convection oven works well although takes a little longer than other cheap standalone units I've had. Well worth the extra counter space by getting two units in one.

This microwave does it all and looks great. Easy to use and the convection addition makes microwaved food taste like from the oven. Easy to install.

Love having this new micro-hood for my kitchen. Has a very sleek design and works great. Like having a second oven.

So far so good. Works great and looks great. I would rate it a 5 but haven't had it long enough.

This Sasung replaced a prior trouble prone Samsung model under our extended warranty. We had no problems with this one at all. A great extra oven or nice to use when I don't want to heat up my kitchen in the summer. Microwave is easy to use. Storage of oven racks is not very convenient. It was priced at $100s of dollars less than competitive models and works well.

Love, love, love. New microwave is easy to use! Convection works perfectly and saves time! The slim fry is amazing and it's super easy to clean!

We are thrilled with this purchase. So far the unit has done an amazing job. Great design and great features.

Love the black stainless steel and that it’s also a convection oven. It has some nice choices of cooking methods. The control panel on the bottom front is low enough that you can easily see inside while something is cooking. The vent is on the top of the microwave and I’m not sure if that might affect the upper cabinets with moisture or grease. We don’t have an outside vent unfortunately. Time will tell. Other than that I like this Microwave a lot. It even has a steam cleaning feature in case the inside gets really dirty.
