This product is easy to use and does a great job cooking and warming food.

Has way more features than anticipated. Wed are still learning all the ways of using this. Stays clean shows only the most greasy fingerprints

Works great and gives dual convenience with MW and convection capabilities. Intuitive and easy to use but manual is detailed just in case.

The Microwave was easy to install. I like having both a microwave and a convection oven in the same appliance. It was a good buy.

Easy controls for normal heating, but setting the clock and some of the other optional settings means a look at the manual. The volume would be better if maybe 1 inch taller and not so wide. I don't know how you could use the excessive width as any width more than depth is not usable with a turntable and makes the volume a little misleading. The multispeed vent fan is nice as well a the light options. All in all a very nice unit, though.

Love the fact that this is both microwave and convection oven. convection oven made great pizza. Buttons on front are very easy to use

This microwave is easy to use and even a convection. I was so happy to learn how easy it is to use.

I've only had this microwave for a week, so I'm still learning all it can do, which is just about everything. I bought it so I could retire my toaster oven, which we used quite often, and instead use the convection feature of the microwave to warm up pizza, etc. that we would usually use the toaster oven for. So far, so good. I do have to keep the manual very handy, however, because there are so many features and each one has specific codes for different types of food. It's a little overwhelming at first, but when all the capabilities are considered, it's worth it to learn what all it can do. It's quiet, and in this Samsung unit, the keypad is easy to push. My "old" Samsung microwave (just 3 years old, but a new kitchen remodel created the need for all new matching appliances), was annoying to have to push so hard on the keypad. So far, this seems like a great microwave - a surprise improvement over my previous one.

I hope it lasts since Samsung got bad reviews for their microwaves. I didn't know this until it was installed. As far as the features go, I love it. The keypad should be a little more responsive, that's the only flaw. Also, I had some cooking questions regarding the convection oven and I called Samsung. They were no help and they were really stupid and couldn't answer simple questions.

All the features on the microwave are a little overwhelming so it take a little getting used to. The menus scroll on the display and can take a little bit to see the option that you are looking for. Once you get use to what your use it goes quick since you can select the option without having to wait for the scroll. It cooks even with no problems.
