I simply love beautiful pieces of anything, especially this gorgeous microwave which is fully featured. I have found that having the addition of a second convection oven helps especially around the holidays or when I'm not wanting to heat the entire house up with the main oven. The best baked potatoes have come from this microwave - and yes, I said baked because with the addition of microwave cooking it simultaneously uses convection to crisp and brown. Love, love this microwave.

I like all it can do. Convection, Air Fry, and so much more. Easy to use even with all the features.

This is a great microwave/overtherange convection oven, etc. multi functional oven the only downside is you really have to take the time to memorize or look up what buttons to press from their guide. I also didn’t receive my vegetable steamer...the installers might have dropped and cracked it and didn’t give it

I've owned this Samsung - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Black Stainless Steel product for almost a month now and I love it. Beautiful and works great. I've used the convection oven feature once to reheat a plate of food, and I was amazed at how evenly the food was cooked. It was as if I had individually heated items on a stove before putting them on a plate. As I have time and learn more about it, I plan to make more use of the convection feature in the future.

Name anything and this microwave can do it. Really heavy. Easy to install though. The manual is a book though.

It was easily installed. Had this for about a year now and love it. Ha sorry caused me no problems. Wish the vent was at bottom rather than top of microwave but that’s minor compared to how efficient it is and all the features. Also the roast feature is amazing. Worked better than I thought.

I love this product. I bought this microwave because my previous one wasn't working. And ever since my family and I have enjoyed. I use it to do all of my baking and cooking needs. From pizzas to casseroles, to wings and biscuits; every time I'm never disappointed. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking for a microwave with convection oven.

Excellent microwave to date! Cooks and heats pretty quickly and the settings are easy to use. Adds a nice look to the kitchen and fits very well with the other Samsung appliances. I would recommend that Samsung replace the outside bulbs (under the microwave) with LED lights.

I am very happy with my decision to purchase this Samsung over the range convection microwave. It is easy to find how to use all of the functions either right on the front of the oven or in the Users Manual. The warm up cycle for baking is very brief and the scroll gives you the directions to continue. It is fun to discover the many attributes in such a small convenient kitchen appliance.

Looks great, runs great, not a single issue since purchase. Installation / deliverywas done well also.

This item state the it has sensor cooking, but it does not! Very disappointed in the error on Best Buy web site and was told the same by the employee that helped us. I specifically asked if it came with this feature because it was something that was important to me. Got it in and search for the feature only to find out it didn't have it. I check Best Buys web site again and it states it did, so I checked Samsung's and that is where I found out it DOES NOT have that feature. I have used it for about a month or so and it is ok, but not what I really wanted. So far it has cooked things well and is pretty easy to use.

Microwave has a stylish design and is easy to use.

Replaced a Samsung microwave that died after only 4 years, and wasn't really expecting much. We needed a Samsung to match the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. We fell in love with the convection oven. It's much better at air-frying than our countertop air fryer. The microwave settings are a little counter-intuitive, but overall, glad we bought this.

Had it a month ,it still works ! Have tried the convection oven on it yet ! But everything else works fine ! I was told most microwaves the micro switch goes on them and usually last 5 to 7 years they said witch is common! And that was a place that sold and repaired them!

I really enjoy the ease of use. Very nice design and have no problems at all. Everything comes out great.

We love the convection and slim fry features but hard to memorize codes and settings without the paper packet that came with the microwave. Works great and cooks evenly and as advertised? Only complaint, We are pretty savvy with technology and feel this could be alil more user friendly

Nice layout, like the controls on the bottom. Is a little deeper than our previous microwave and is heavier. Did fit on previous Samsung wall bracket but did require new holes for top screws. Lifting in place did require two people. We did change out the bulbs to daylight LED bulbs to provide better lighting. Have liked the combination oven and does work well. Have not been able to locate the Samsung made/recommended steamer dish to purchase..
