Well to be honest I have no opinion about the microwave. It was purchased as an pen box in excellent condition. All parts no blemishes. When I open the box there were minor indentions and the screws were missing to mount it. I then went back to the store to ask for a discount for not selling me what was advertise and was told it was open box and the manger said parts could be missing even though that is not what is said on the website. I decided to keep it since Samsung was going to send me the screws to mount it. After weeks of waiting I call Samsung back and the said my screws to mount would not be sent due to it being an open box item. I called Bestbuy back to speak with a manger in-store and was connected to a best buy customer service rep who gave me a 30 dollar credit which really does me no good but told me after looking at my receipt that the department Manager where I purchased the item from was not truth-full saying open box items are subject to missing parts when the item is sold in excellent condition all parts should be there. Unfortunately due to waiting for the screws to com I can no longer return the item. I am forced to spend 40 dollars on purchasing the screws. The Bestbuy in Hawthorne California has a terrible applaince Manager who is a liar!

I bought this Samsung to replace my 8 year old Whirlpool. I don't like counter clutter so a microwave that also does convection baking/roasting as well as air fry was a great purchase for me. It is more complicated than a normal microwave because of all the extra functions, but there is a full manual that you can download from the Samsung website. The LED lighting underneath does a great job illuminating my stove. It is 950 watts for the microwave, but I don't notice ant cooking time difference between this and my old 1000 watt unit. This Samsung is much quieter than my old Whirlpool when running as well.

You have to keep adjusting to bake anything. It either burns or underbacks so far. The fan is positioned to where it comes on nearly every time you open the door unless you are very careful.

Very nice microwave. Replacing an old one that the door broke. A lot more options with this one.

Works great. If you read the instructions and start using the auto cook or fry features, it is a really good product. Great glass surface, easy to clean.

This is a great addition to the kitchen, works as a convection oven for small things and when paired with the double oven you can have 3 things cooking at once

Does pretty much everything, We replaced a 11 year old GE. Also has the Apps and everything else to control your machine .

I love this microwave, but I do have two minor complaints. 1. You have to open the door on the side, I think it would be more convenient if it was possible to open from under the door instead of the side. 2. The button for the fan is too close to where you have to hold the door to shut it, so it's easy to accidently hit it and turn on the fan. No biggie, you just have to turn it back off, but if it was moved over maybe half an inch it wouldn't be so easy to hit when shutting the door.

Super easy to install, the smart app makes it easy to use all the features. Have a Samsung smart fridge and looking to add the range to finish the set!

We love this microwave. It has so many cooking options (bake, convection bake, air fry, fast bake and microwave) and all of them seem to work very well.
