Have not used all amenities yet, however so far it is an awesome Microwave!

We installed this Microwave nearly 1 month ago and so far it's working perfect. It was easy to install because we had a 10 year old Samsung Microwave we replaced and the mounting was exactly the same. The Microwave operates great we just need to get over the learning curve. This Microwave has several more and different features that the old Samsung didn't have. This one seems to do everything except put the food in itself.

It's a really great all in one unit. However I took 1 star cause it doesn't come with a manual. It's an online PDF. It microwaves(Works OK) Convention oven (Works good) but haven't used the fryer portion yet. It fit right in the spot where our old microwave was above the oven.

Works great, warms up food perfectly without over warming/cooking. I can control the microwave from my phone which is convenient. The fan and lighting work amazing. Easy to use and to clean. I haven't tried baking in it yet. The butter softener button is great, I use it for baking. I've cooked vegetables in it and they come out delicious. You have the option to turn off the turntable or use the timer to time the food you are cooking on the stove.

I'm not able to recommend this Microwave. It is complicated to operate, the fan button is in the wrong place, everytime you either close or opn the door your hand hits the fan button, it's driving me crazy! I have read the book several times and still can't figure out how to Air Fry anything, I would love to have my old one back?

Love the wifi capability. Looks awesome and works really good.

We could not be happier with our new Samsung microwave. Not only is this microwave aesthetically pleasing, but it can also do things that our older microwaves simply could not. We use this microwave several times a weekly basis on the slim fry function, which works as an air fryer. We have been very pleased with the french fries, onion rings, and chicken strips that we have made. In fact, we are now using our oven much less. Some folks had some negative comments as it does not come with a manual and does not do everything some dedicated air fryers do, but for our family it works fine. I printed off the manual in English and have it in a three-ring binder. Once again, Best Buy made an excellent recommendation and we could not be happier with this microwave.

Nice looking microwave with lots of features. Two words of caution: 1) black stainless can look pretty bright in some situations so ideally get a look at this before buying unseen (easier said than done, no local copies existed on display even at other retailers) and 2) the wifi control doesn't let you start the microwave functionality, only the oven functionality for 'safety' purposes. This greatly diminishes the smart functions value for me.

This microwave does everything. I haven't baked cookies yet... but I could! It's like having two ovens. We've cooked frozen tater tots, and they come out crispier than the oven, using the SlimFry option. Defrosting is really quick and easy. The ceramic pan, plus the included rack and stand, extends the capabilities of this microwave really far. It comes with a handy guide to help you find the correct setting for what you are trying to cook - otherwise I would have been completely lost. I wish it came with a recipe book. It also looks great in the kitchen with my other black stainless steel appliances.

When we unboxed the convection microwave, we found a small dent on the top front. Since appliances are in short supply due to covid, we were happy to keep it when the associate offered a discount on the price. The unit works as promised, and I enjoy the pre-programmed functions. We don't use the smart capabilities much but they work as advertised as well.

Great microwave, easy to use. Convection oven is awesome - heats up quick. No handle - looks very nice and smooth. Fan and light are easy to use as well as work great. The smart functions to Alexa are impressive. The AI can turn on & off the light, fan, and pre-heat the convection by verbal commands. You can't start the microwave via voice - just tell the time to cook and power level. I guess someone thought they would configure the latch - while the microwave door was open - with some reactive metal in it. You could turn on the gas and leave - then have Alexa blow up the house from wherever - LOL, so that is manual only. It works great, looks amazing, and has smart features for an all around win. It is heavy - for a microwave, so make sure you have someone help you install this.

I love this microwave! It is easy to use, and connects to the Smart Things application. What more could you ask for?
