Loads of features, and feels high quality. The smart features don't seem that useful, especially if you're using the microwave mode. The other smart features are not very easy to use, the app could definitely be improved to add things like the AutoCook catalog, currently you have to reference the manual if you want to use those predefined times and power levels. It's also a bit disappointing that this microwave does not have Sensor cooking (using humidity in the microwave to more accurately cook food) This is the only microwave samsung has on offer that has the glass touch buttons on the right half of the microwave, they have one other model with the touch buttons but they go across the bottom portion of the microwave and I didn't like that layout. One other thing I don't like are the mode buttons, this microwave can do a lot but it's over simplified in the different mode buttons. I'd rather it just let me pick convection oven on/off, top heat on/off, oven temp, or just plain microwave. It's also odd to me that you can preheat the convection oven but then when you open the door it stops, and you have to turn the heat back on to actually cook. idk something easier to just pick what I want to do instead of trying to decipher the different modes. Also I wish it was more clear what mode the microwave was running in, since it makes me nervous to put metal in the microwave, but it's okay if I'm using convection oven mode. But since the modes are not clear I'm never sure if the microwave might accidently be activated. Also no where in the manual does it say whether or not the racks that it comes with can go into the microwave when it's in microwave mode. It makes it seem like possibly not, since they show the racks being used in convection, and grill modes.

Love it. I am a Samsung appliance person ... all of the major appliance in my kitchen are now Samsung. The craftmanship is great, functional, has wifi features (have not tried yet), has a sleek look.

I love this microwave! It is easy to use, and connects to the Smart Things application. What more could you ask for?

I'm giving this unit four instead of five stars because it is a little tricky to adjust the power level; the built-in timer is not immediately obvious. There is no dedicated button for power level and the clock button is poorly marked. But otherwise the unit is relatively quiet and cooks efficiently. I haven't tried the convection option.

Overall the best Microwave I've ever owned. The features are endless. If you're looking for a top of the line high tech microwave, you have to go with this Model From Samsung. It can cook anything from frozen hash browns to steak. Get this!

Unit is ok and dose what it should .i am going on the 3 time for install .first time the guys set the unit 1/2 out of level and took the vent to the out side out teck took parts with him . I had them come back out for a second to fix and the unit is still.out of level . Hopefully 3 time is a charm . I do.not think we will.buy from them agen

Easy to use and connected through wifi on smart things app

Let's be honest, 90% of the use of this will be for things under 90 seconds. For those things this microwave will get the job done. The few times I tried to use the extra features it was clunky and not easy to figure out. In the two and a half years we owned it I haven't tried to thaw out meat, but I have tried to use the "melt butter" option. That can be done with the 30 second button without the headache of trying to figure out what "A-option" to choose from. The oven feature (What oven feature) is absolutely worthless. Never used it, never tried, we have a double oven right next to it so why? The automatic fan option was often useless and didn't help because it turns on randomly when you heat up food. It does NOT turn on when you are cooking food underneath. The microwave stopped heating after 10 months, it was covered so Best Buy sent a tech out and they replaced 3 parts. It started to work again... now a year and a few months later it is out of all warranties and NOT covered under total tech. $125.00 just to diagnose what is wrong, will probably cost another $150-$200 to repair and when it is working again, it will be used by the family to hit the 30 second button until it heats up whatever they are about to eat. NOT WORTH THE PRICE TAG!

I'm not able to recommend this Microwave. It is complicated to operate, the fan button is in the wrong place, everytime you either close or opn the door your hand hits the fan button, it's driving me crazy! I have read the book several times and still can't figure out how to Air Fry anything, I would love to have my old one back?

Bought this off display and it was a great deal. Works much better then our previous microwave and the black stainless is pretty sharp too!

We have been using this microwave/convection oven for a bit now. It is as nice as it seems. The microwave and the touch panel are easy to use. The convection part is a little confusing at first but not all that bad to learn. The convection cooks wonderfully. I prefer it over my regular oven. The Google integration is nice, but it would be nice to see more voice control. App control through smart things app is really nice. And is easier than the oven controls. The install is all templated. Some double-sided sticky tape and anyone can install this. Over all very happy with the purchase! :)

It is a great product, I gave it 4 stars because the door dented very easily during installation. I only have one arm and when I used my stump to make sure it was seated on the mounting bracket, I made two very noticeable dents.

Having the convection option make the unit more functional in addition to the microwave functions Install was a breeze by Best Buy. 30 minutes tops. Removal was excluded but the techs took it away anyway. So do not pay the extra charge to discard the old unit. Give the techs a tip with the savings and make someones day a great DAY.

This product is easy to use. It is very convenient.

Now that we have had this installed and working since Christmas 2020 we can review this multi-microwave. We had never had an air fryer before this and hoping it would be a space saver having the three separate options of microwave, air fryer, and convection oven in our small space kitchen. The microwave feature works perfectly. The air fryer has taken a little bit of time to figure out. It is not programmable like others available so if you are trying to make a specific recipe this is not functional. It has pre-programmed timing for french fries and other specific frozen foods like chicken nuggets. As far as the air convection we have not gotten to the point where we have used or experimented with it yet. The programming is a bit difficult at times to figure out especially resetting the clock after a power outage. We must refer to the operating manual to reset it. Overall it does work well however is not flexible as far a functional using the air fryer feature for different recipes.

This microwave I love it because you connect it to wifi and the food is super hot

Initially I was very excited to see that this microwave has built in convection oven and air fryer. Now that I have used this for over 4 weeks, I see several issues already 1. The convection oven highest possible temperature is 425F , and it never really crosses 400F despite 50 mins of cooking. Too bad some of the frozen nuggets that my son loves is supposed to be cooked at 450F 2. Because of heat coming from left , it overcooks the food on left and does not cook the other parts as thoroughly. If you keep the turntable on, the overall food is not cooked very good. 3. The only real smart thing about this microwave oven is that you can switch on or off the light and vent using the phone app. You will not be able to operate the other parts of the oven from your phone like microwave , heat , fry etc. I was hoping to get more done. 4. the location of the switch of the fan is not good. Every time opening or closing the door, I and my family members frequently touch the button and it kicks on. WOuld have liked a more ergonomic location of the door and the buttons. 5. With limited features, this appliance is very expensive. I will not advise to pay this much for few little beneficial features it is brining. SOrry Samsung. Regards Tushar
