Not a true air fryer

It has its own presets, so you can’t just set it to 350° for 30mins for example. You can set it to frozen nuggets, and it will “slim fry” based off its preset. Plus door is massive and has a very sharp corner, so watch your head when opening or closing.

Was able to get new microwave in the previous opening. Works well. Would have liked a little more information on how everything operates. The pamphlet really isn’t well written. Guys that delivered my microwave were very nice and pleasant. Thank you

It looks very nice and the capabilities it has is amazing. I have used the slim fry a few times now and love it! Super easy functionality and love that it doesn't have a handle :)

It does exactly what I want. The software part though on the other hand is a different story. I could not get it to hook up the the smart things app and calls for service. The service company came out and told me that there must be a bug in the system sorry. So I said what do I do from here. He tells me to call Samsung says that's just a bug in the system we can't do anything about it must be in your router. By the way I have a Samsung range that hooks up with no problem to smartthings. Not very happy with it. But let's face it I really don't need my microwave to be hooked up to my telephone.

Sometimes you need to press ok before start…. That is just a small issue. It looks great, the convection and air fry are excellent. Very impressed.

Kind of interested in a convection combo the salesman recommended this which was on sale and suited our budget. We have definitely stepped into a new technology. The auto cook settings are amazing. We haven’t tried the slim fry settings but expect that to be close enough to an air fryer for us. The light over the stovetop is LED bright white, covering the WHOLE cooking area. The fan is strong and not as noisy as my old microwave so I think it’s fine. Very sleek looking also.

The convection oven is handy. Did Fries well and cakes. Easy to read and understand manual
