Also, the air fryer, while it works, seems underpowered and it doesn't come with the baskets needed, just racks. The air fryer can be tricky to program as well, unnecessarily so. On the plus side, it looks good and seems to have good exhaust.

Brand-new microwaves can be challenging to operate. The microwave only has a slim fry option; let us provide you with the assistance you need.
Please refer to the "Slim Fry" section on pages 36 - 38 of the user's manual for instructions on operating it and the "Checking the parts" section to check for the microwave parts you need.

No staff in the store knew how it worked either. It is just a way to microwave frozen cheap food - not air fry veggies which is what I wanted. No information booklet with it - you have to go online to print out how the functions work too. "Slim fry" section about 18 pages and they don't explain the tray method. So I paid quite a bit more for a function that isn't important for us. Also the function butttons on the right don't light up which was something we wanted. They are just painted white.

I can’t even set my time. But I’m sure it’s me because I’m horrible with new technology. Other than that, it works great!

Unless I'm baking a huge Turkey, I don't need to use my oven. It does everything. I'm glad I spent the extra money and got this model. It's sleek looking no door handles sticking out. The preset cooking programs work well. You can save cook times and temperatures on your app for favorite meals you cook often.

Power declared 1700W, I was happy. But output really 900 W, less than our previous microwave with 1000W. So slow heating. Poor design, all the time fan started working when you shut a door and accidently click on fan.
