I purchased the first one from Samsung online and picked it up from Best buy. It was mangled inside. The unit had been dropped so hard that the interior packaging was ripped into pieces with a minor tear outside. The appliance it self was bent out of shape. I returned it and Best buy replaced it with one I had to pick up from a warehouse 20 miles away. I should have had them open the box and check but I treated the first one was a fluke/an accident. But you guessed it the second unit was also badly damaged inside with just a few scuff marks on the outside. I returned it also and asked the store manager if he can have someone confirm at the warehouse if they have a good unit and I don't mind going and picking it up. He said he had no way to contact the warehouse house and have them check if they had a good unit and I did not want to drive 20 miles for another damaged unit. I drove over to Lowe's and shared my experience and they pulled an unit out, opened it box, inspected it repackaged it and off I went home and it was up and Installed in 2 hours. I am a huge fan of the Samsung ecosystem and everything in my house is from Samsung... Phones, appliances, TVs... However I am sad to say this is the 5th time Samsung has disappointed me in with poor quality in 3 years. I don't know if this is Best buy's fault or Samsung but maybe time to move on... From both.

Good microwave with lots of options (maybe too many!)

I was very disappointed I purchased this product for my tenant and the glass door was broken. I tried to return it online and was told to try in store took it on my birthday and was disappointed. I am know out 600 and not to mention I still have to buy another. Great time much appreciated.

Looks great. Love steam clean option. Quiet, nice light and fan. Comes with a couple accessories that i haven't used yet. We love our whole Samsung kitchen.

It cooks/heats really fast. I love the fron panel, glass and side opening.

Great microwave does it all. It grills, microwaves and due to is dark ceramic insides hides any type of microwave spillage. Great oven and value compared to others in the price range

We got this microwave a year and a half ago. The air fry settings never worked right. After a year and a half it stopped working. Warranty only covers a year. Terrible quality and product. Would not purchase this microwave or any other Samsung products.

This microwave was a dud. Something went wrong and it would constantly heat even when not in use. First time it was a hum that it made when not in use. I unplugged it and turned it back on and it was better. Then the him came Back that is when I noticed it was actually heating. I called Samsung get support and was told even though I had just had it installed a few months ago that it was just over a year old and out of warranty. After several discussions with a supervisor they agreed to send a repair person out to look at it. A few weeks later they finally came. The Samsung repair technician told me it was a common issue with this model and replaced a small sensor of some sort. He then tested it and it worked. Two days later the hum came back and the heating while it was off continued. No luck with Samsung as they won’t fix it. It will be my last Samsung purchase of any kind. We only got to use it for two months and spent a ton on their top of the line model. Not good service. If you know you have a common issue make it right.
