I love all of the functions this microwave has. I was able to get rid of counter top appliances because this microwave does those things

Returning the second one tomorrow....
1st one lasted 6 weeks then the plastic foot piece from the shelf insert just burned straight through shooting sparks all over. Almost caused a fire, smoke everywhere.
Second one was dented at the bottom and you cannot get the vent cover off to insert the charcoal filter in.... that’s apparently why the install guys just didn’t do that on the first run.... I digress.
Customer service was a nightmare had to go back to the store.
The sales associate didn’t ring us up for the 5 year protection plan and that almost shot everything down to get it fixed, even though only 6 weeks old.
They were, in the end, able to do the right thing and just swap out, but again, it’s dented and you can’t get the filter in.
Manual is for a similar but not quite accurate model.
Had more issues with this microwave and the other appliance I bought.
This thing is buggy, I’d go so far as to say dangerous, and if you think for one second your going to get a competent person there to install or repair this thing my experience thus far has been that it’s a toss up at best, you have been warned.
It’s really expensive for all of these problems. I’m going in for a refund and I’m just going to get a different model, at a different store, and never buy an appliance from Best Buy again. Nightmare. Lol.

I’m missing the the easy start times. One button push. But getting used to it. Also, doesn’t seem to be a way to cook at different power levels.
