Can’t be fixed, but two months past warranty. For $600, this is infuriating! Will NEVER buy Samsung again.

Our only disappointment is when the key-lock for the door broke (flimsy plastic on something that opens/closes multiple times and daily) Samsung repair service is not good.

Just received it 2 days ago. The person from geeksquad has NEVER called me back even though i left several messages. Ended up taking care of the problem myself. If you look at the picture of the controls ... That is how it looks in dim to a dark kitchen - There is NO backlight option or control So, during the day great - BUT at night or dim lighting you need to turn on the lights in the kitchen to see the controls - to work the oven - Lighting has to be direct light or bright light to see controls Something at this price should have a backlight option. The microwave is not the best or the worst at doing the job of cooking. Expect more at this price...
