Now, it jusy makes noise but doesnt heat anything. Warranty dept. at Samsung, tells me they will refund my money but wont replace it” because its not advantageous to the company! “I will never buy Samsung again, 3 out of my 4 appliances we purchased at the same time are broken!

We recommend always ensuring that the door seals are clean as food particles accumulate, preventing the door from closing correctly.

Only last 1-2 years, bad workmanship/control panel

Google Samsung, the control panels go out in about two years and smell like burnt plastic when you cook. I reached out to the company and got nowhere, call disconnected and they were so concerned they never called back. It is a very toxic smell and I’m sure it is harmful to smell for long. No support and of. Purse out of warranty. They’re too expensive to only last two years. Super disappointed in the lack of quality.

Electric range is horrible
