Awesome microwave loaded with features and looks sleek. And the best thing is that you don't have to pay to use the app, like with the Maytag appliances. Lots of interior space to fit your bigger plates.

I love the fact that it works just like an oven only faster, and the convenient feature for wifi to tell me when my food is done is a great feature!

Best thing I can say is that it looks great in my kitchen. Lower wattage than my orig microwave. Terrible instructions. Extra features i.e. "Slim Fry" and others not so great. Interior so dark that you cannot see food cooking (overflowing). I usually turn kitchen lights off so I can monitor oatmeal, soup, etc. Door opening from the bottom instead of the side would be better. The way the opening is designed, your thumb sometimes turns on the fan. This replaced a 5 yr old Kenmore that was unfixable, and the warranty had just run out of course. So we'll see how long this lasts. I paid a lot for all the bells and whistles, next time I'll just buy a microwave.

In love with this microwave. Once I installed it (myself =O ) it is great. I love all the different options it has. You just have to take a few minutes to learn about them all. My favorite thus far is the butter melt. No butter explosion! :) I have tried the slim fry and it works great. I still like my ninja counter one a little better just because of the smaller volume area. Convection works as it should - biscuits came out great. All in all, again I am glad I spent a little more on my microwave. Compared to the cheap GE I had previously. A definite recommend.

Another amazing gift from my son. It is a state of the art. So many features it will take forever to learn them. I will trying to learn a new one every week.

Microwave fits in our kitchen perfectly. It also funtions well and provides options we've never had. We have tried those options and really love them.

Works great it's what we expected. We ordered several items from home Depot. Cancelled two after getting the run around and ordered them from you. Wish we had ordered everything from you.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Purchased this microwave so that I could do away with my counter top air fryer. Waited 6 weeks for appliance because it was on back order. Also, thought that having the convection oven would be great especially around the holidays. Hate this microwave!! You can not set your own time on the slim fry feature. Plus, these preprogrammed options take twice as long as my counter top appliance. I find that the preprogrammed options do not crisp the food enough. I used the convection oven, followed package directions and my food was still raw. You can not use a cooking option and the timer at the same time! What the heck! For the price I expect more! This is being returned. I guess if you have no experience with a counter top air fryer, I could see why you would think this is a good idea, but do yourself a favor and get a counter top air fryer, you’ll be amazed at the difference. Also, we had this installed by Best Buy installers and they had no idea what they were doing. They drilled extra holes into the cabinet that were not needed. They stripped the one screw that is “holding” the microwave in place. Dented the front of the microwave while trying to get it in place. Best Buy is replacing the microwave for a different model but their installers will only be removing the current unit and we will install the new microwave ourselves.

Well to be honest I have no opinion about the microwave. It was purchased as an pen box in excellent condition. All parts no blemishes. When I open the box there were minor indentions and the screws were missing to mount it. I then went back to the store to ask for a discount for not selling me what was advertise and was told it was open box and the manger said parts could be missing even though that is not what is said on the website. I decided to keep it since Samsung was going to send me the screws to mount it. After weeks of waiting I call Samsung back and the said my screws to mount would not be sent due to it being an open box item. I called Bestbuy back to speak with a manger in-store and was connected to a best buy customer service rep who gave me a 30 dollar credit which really does me no good but told me after looking at my receipt that the department Manager where I purchased the item from was not truth-full saying open box items are subject to missing parts when the item is sold in excellent condition all parts should be there. Unfortunately due to waiting for the screws to com I can no longer return the item. I am forced to spend 40 dollars on purchasing the screws. The Bestbuy in Hawthorne California has a terrible applaince Manager who is a liar!

The microwave itself is excellent but the slim fry mode has yet to satisfy us

Great unit. We replaced a 17-year old GE profile unit. This is quite modern looking and I love the fact that there's no handle on the outside. My only wish was that it was a bit smaller. Kitchenaid has one that looks similar but is considerably shorter and would allow for more room between the stovetop and the bottom of the unit. If Samsung offered something similar, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. We haven't used the convection option yet, but the interior is great. Enamel, so easy to clean. Very happy with it thus far.

Love the new microwave. So many features to help cook anything

Excellent microwave/convection oven, Very versatile tool for cooking, Only problem I had was that it was ordered in October and didn't show up until the latter part of February. Purchase date was not correct, Order had been cancelled and restarted again in December.

Not just a microwave this device can air fry as well. The smart feature connects easily to smartthings for app control. The hi power makes microwaving fast and simple.
