Also, the air fryer, while it works, seems underpowered and it doesn't come with the baskets needed, just racks. The air fryer can be tricky to program as well, unnecessarily so. On the plus side, it looks good and seems to have good exhaust.

Replacing an 11 year old similar model. A plus that it fit the same size and bolt pattern for installation by my husband and myself. Love the UPDATED LOOK WITHOUT THE HANDLE. Looking forward to using the new features. The airfry option worked ok on french frys. Hoped they would be a little crispier.

No staff in the store knew how it worked either. It is just a way to microwave frozen cheap food - not air fry veggies which is what I wanted. No information booklet with it - you have to go online to print out how the functions work too. "Slim fry" section about 18 pages and they don't explain the tray method. So I paid quite a bit more for a function that isn't important for us. Also the function butttons on the right don't light up which was something we wanted. They are just painted white.
