So far the micro wave works great. It's does everything it says it does. The only thing I don't like is , I wish the menue was on the door and not behind the door like the last model I had.

Install was easy and instructions are very simple to follow.

Love that this microwave doesn't have a handle that gets hot as it is hung over the stove. It works well and is quiet compared to other models.

The machine is great and affords us lots of different modes for cooking and warming up foods. Combined with the matching range we got these save us huge amounts of time in the kitchen.

Wow microwaves have come a long way in the past 10 years. This one reheats very well notably pasta which with the old one would get hard. The slim fry feature is also quite cool and gives us an extra air fryer.

The touch pad is dark and the "buttons" don't stand out clearly. The convection oven required a rack that takes up a lot of storage space and the whole thing is complex and not easily used. The microwave works well but there's no reheat button which I used all the time on my last two microwaves. This one does save counter space.

Does everything it should. A little bit of a learning curve compared to a simpler microwave, but it does a great job and has nice features.

Very modern with nice options. Three light/fan settings. Cooks fast & efficient. Nice addition to my kitchenette.

Looks great. Love that there isn’t a noticeable handle. Just enough settings. Vents outside. Venting not included in install with Total Tech.

So far so good. But, the auto functions are difficult to implement.

Love this Microwave! Easy to use and it has everything. Oven, Air fryer and microwave in 1...no more wasting counter space on multiple LARGE appliances. Plus with kids the fingerprint resistant feature is great! Less cleaning.

Microwave is a nice update, having owned the previous model. Like the handless door and wireless functionality.

Best microwave I have ever purchased. Very easy to install over my range. This microwave oven does it all with many options to cook or warm up leftovers. I recommend it to anyone that wants a upscale look and quality cooking oven.

Avoid this microwave! We love Samsung products and have for over 10 years. We have stuck with their phones from the Note 3 to currently having Galaxy S23 Ultras, and Samsung appliances in 3 houses. In the past 2 years we moved and rebought a Samsung refrigerator, double oven, gas range, dishwasher, etc. This microwave matched so we splurged for $550. The latch broke and was not the small piece others talk about online...it would have required replacing the entire door which has the keypad built it. The oversized door seemed a nice idea but almost every time you open or close it your hand hits either the blower or light and is a pain to cycle either to turn off. The convection part worked but first use smoked like it was going to cause a fire. Before the latch broke making me have to uninstall and return since I installed it myself (no small task, this thing weights a LOT) the biggest disappointment was it is an absolutely awful microwave. I realize this model dpes a few more things but air frying was a novelty to me. A microwave has one job. This one took forever to heat anything. I admit seeing a few reviews mentioning that before buting but thought it was just fancy pants whiners being "extra". Not so. I carried in a tiny emerson twist knob microwave that was left in the garage from the last owners of our home and it seriously blew this "flagship" microwave away. It did what every other 10 year old microwave from a garage sale SHOULD do...make things hot fast. This one doesn't, and forget it lasting 10 years. We got just over 1 year. $75 more for a "service feed" on top of the yearly total tech price.

I purchased the first one from Samsung online and picked it up from Best buy. It was mangled inside. The unit had been dropped so hard that the interior packaging was ripped into pieces with a minor tear outside. The appliance it self was bent out of shape. I returned it and Best buy replaced it with one I had to pick up from a warehouse 20 miles away. I should have had them open the box and check but I treated the first one was a fluke/an accident. But you guessed it the second unit was also badly damaged inside with just a few scuff marks on the outside. I returned it also and asked the store manager if he can have someone confirm at the warehouse if they have a good unit and I don't mind going and picking it up. He said he had no way to contact the warehouse house and have them check if they had a good unit and I did not want to drive 20 miles for another damaged unit. I drove over to Lowe's and shared my experience and they pulled an unit out, opened it box, inspected it repackaged it and off I went home and it was up and Installed in 2 hours. I am a huge fan of the Samsung ecosystem and everything in my house is from Samsung... Phones, appliances, TVs... However I am sad to say this is the 5th time Samsung has disappointed me in with poor quality in 3 years. I don't know if this is Best buy's fault or Samsung but maybe time to move on... From both.

Works as expected plus looks very nice. I may have missed something but user instructions a bit vague. Best Buy had best price and quickly shipped
