The fan settings are amazing. Just nice to vent everything else. The overhead light has two different settings, a low and a high. Low, as a nice overnight experience. Not too bright

Fans work good also for ventilation. Easy to clean as well. Ran into a issue with installation but was corrected quickly. Don't hesitate, worth the money.

When I picked up the package, it was not in the original packaging, which really didn’t concern me because it was such a good deal. However, whenever I got home and cut open the bubble wrap that it was wrapped in, I noticed that there was a large dent in the front of the microwave, and it was missing all of the hardware. According to the Best Buy website, this is not what excellent condition means, so buyer beware. When I called did the online chat support and talked to an agent, they said I should have to return it at the managers discretion, and that they couldn’t do anything further for me. Do not buy open box items!

BestBuy refused to do anything because 15 days have passed since I’ve purchased it and sent me to Samsung Customer Service as a warranty issue. Samsung refused to do anything about it because it was a cosmetic issue. Complete waste of my money for a damaged product.
