I giggle eveytime I use it, it has replaced using my new Range about 80% with the baking feature. I still hang my mouth opn when I see how the top of my baked mac and cheese gets all crispy and bubbly yummy. Its literally a mini stove. Very easy and saves a lot of over bending and keeps it cleaner from not using it. lol ..

We have mixed feelings: It is a truly GREAT convection oven, but sucks as a microwave oven. So, we recently converted (In progress) it to a wall oven. We mostly use the microwave function and bake/air fry once or twice a week. I checked al the setting and it is running nominally - very annoying having a cup of liquid spinning for 2 minutes to get warm. It really, really, really sucks at warming food, but is ok at zapping potatoes - 5 to 7 minutes per big potato. Yet, did I mention it is an awesome energy efficient convection oven? It bakes bread, cakes and air-fries chicken like no other while sipping electrons. HINT: Bakes and Air-fries at its best when baking pan can spin and is elevated allowing for airflow under the baking pan. We did not, nor have the inclination to set the Wi-Fi thingy. What da'heck one needs that for?

Does pretty much everything, pairs well with the Samsung oven.

This is en excellent choice. We love it. Works great, it’s big, and looks good. Very modern without the handle, looks super sleek with our other new Samsung appliances.

I love it!!! The item went on sale over labor day (less than 2 weeks after I purchased) and I received a refund of the difference! I don't know how to use all of the features yet but I can't wait to learn. I'm so happy!

Microwave works amazingly after installation. The fan settings are amazing. Just nice to vent everything else. The overhead light has two different settings, a low and a high. Low, as a nice overnight experience. Not too bright

This is the best in the Samsung microwave series. Love the connection to WiFi that tells you that your food is ready, lawge space and the accompanying plate’s fantastic

I only use a microwave for re-heating and occasionally thawing frozen meat. Is working well so far.

So far go! Better than the last model. Samsung has disappointed me the last few purchases, I just hope thwy get or together. Liking the it without the handle.

I'm kicking myself because i didn't install it. My dad finally installed it this week while i was out of town. As you can guess it was DOA out of the box with C-1A error. Obviously out of warranty and they want $200 plus parts for service. I am glad I didn't buy all the appliances.

I’m so angry; I have smoke coming out of my ears. I spent $500+ on this microwave & it doesn’t heat & it makes buzzing noise. Samsung you Suck! Now I have to buy a whole new microwave.

Love the design and features but Samsung QC is definitely lacking in some areas. First one came dented in four bottom spots but packaging was all good, so coming out of production it was likely already bent. Door on top right was slightly bent and rattled annoyingly. Fixed with replacement. Best Buy replaced with no charges (as should be expected but support made it hassle-free). Second one had two slight bent vents underneath but could be bent back vs first one was dented in four spots that were unable to be corrected. Bottom mostly seemed cosmetic, whereas the front door top right corner rattling and closing was fixed with replacement. It is still not flush against entire front area (you can push it further shut and it flexes) but that appears to be a design aspect and shouldn’t effect use. Overall it is great, love the convection although it had an odd burnt smell when I used that. Haven’t used long enough to know if it will go away. Everything else solid.

LOVE this microwave. Does everything- airfrys and everything! And is big to even fit dishes. I would buy again. Super easy to use and buttons are clear. Eliminates the need for multiple appliances. Plus sleek new appearance is a plus!

Great microwave, easy to use. Convection oven is awesome - heats up quick. No handle - looks very nice and smooth. Fan and light are easy to use as well as work great. The smart functions to Alexa are impressive. The AI can turn on & off the light, fan, and pre-heat the convection by verbal commands. You can't start the microwave via voice - just tell the time to cook and power level. I guess someone thought they would configure the latch - while the microwave door was open - with some reactive metal in it. You could turn on the gas and leave - then have Alexa blow up the house from wherever - LOL, so that is manual only. It works great, looks amazing, and has smart features for an all around win. It is heavy - for a microwave, so make sure you have someone help you install this.

Great unit. We replaced a 17-year old GE profile unit. This is quite modern looking and I love the fact that there's no handle on the outside. My only wish was that it was a bit smaller. Kitchenaid has one that looks similar but is considerably shorter and would allow for more room between the stovetop and the bottom of the unit. If Samsung offered something similar, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. We haven't used the convection option yet, but the interior is great. Enamel, so easy to clean. Very happy with it thus far.

I bought this unit because i thought mine at home blew up. Got it home… my man tries out the one we already have and it was fine! I love the convection aspect because i dont always need a huge oven!
